Called for an account issue, Polly was super helpful, account verification completed easily, problem diagnosed straight away and solution provided immediately. Forward advice also given, which was very useful, thank you. Only downside was the very loud adviser sat near my call hander!

Be very careful if you are a small business using OPUS they will sell your contract if it's more profitable. There's nothing you can do about it, and you'll find out by email. then you are out of pocket.

WARNING - DO NOT use this company!! Wouldn't even give them the 1 star review...
Unhelpful, no compassion, very bad communication.
Opus are currently trying to charge us for someone else's bill. We took out a new contract with Opus and was verbally told on two different occasions (therefore on a recorded call) that we would not incur any bills left by previous tenants to the building - of course they lied! And are now trying to charge us thousands for a backdated bill! They even have meter readings for the time we took over the contract. Under our contract the building had even been empty for several months. We are now having to instruct a lawyer to act on our behalf. Tried to contact them several times to sort the issue, no reply to e-mails and then three weeks later we received a phone call. Two days after this call, a disconnection letter arrives through the post! Do not trust them, they have continuously lied to us, they will try to steal your money.

The phone is answered promptly which is very rare these days. Ali provided first-class service - sorted out my problem downloading invoices - he was patient, cheerful and professional. I am most appreciative of the excellent service which seems part of the Opus culture.

Staff rude and very unhelpful, mistake on account there fault not even an apology and refused to transfer me to a higher member of staff. Still waiting for correction of name on account I have emailed in 2 days ago and still ok reply, regretting using this company. Would not recommend.

I didn't wait long to speak to an advisor and when I did Fayza was very helpful. It was easy. Not 5 stars because I'd rather speak to a person as first point of contact rather going through computer options.

Courtnie was helpful and knowledgeable! I was expecting a long winded conversation, but she got solutions to my query initiated within about 4 minutes and I had only held for about 2 minutes. As a landlord, I know this is very efficient for a utility company as I spend lots of time chasing things. Thanks Courtnie!

Lewis was very polite and helped me cancel my electric quickly and easily. Didn't take long and no trying to up sell or try and make me guilty, or have to explain why instead I felt like I was heard and understood with out any issues. He sounded like nothing is a issue. Didn't have to wait long before someone answered. The guy was pleasant on the phone.
Still feel a little in the dark (pardon the pun!) about why our statements stopped coming 3 months ago and who changed something on the account? Due to GDPR (although it is our account), he wasn't able to tell me. But it is not his fault, he was polite and friendly and is taking the appropriate action now.

After being loyal customers for several years via Bionic Business Energy, part way through a contract Bionic sign us up to a new contract which tripled the price of our electricity overnight. We had previously paid around £500.00 - £700.00 a month and over night we were paying £2500.00 a month. Of course it benefits both companies to do this via extortionate prices and commission. Opus have been completely unhelpful but they work hand in glove with Bionic. Avoid these people.
Update; since the BBC Watchdog program is Opus going to consider it's relationship with Bionic?
Update: So I emailed the account details but heard nothing from Opus. Don't be fooled by their tactics.
Further Update; phone call from Opus hoping to explain to me how Bionic works and it's all my fault for not seeing the emails. Apparently they get 100's of lovely contracts from Bionic everyday and only a small handful have issues which are then swifty sorted out by Bionic. It's all my fault for not going to Bionic who are responsible for sorting out my inability to identify an email which we didn't get. Opus are hand in glove with Bionic and fully supportive of their methods - it's the customers fault. I did at this point suggest that Opus might want to think about distancing themselves from Bionic but I had it firmly put to me that Opus knew which side it's bread was buttered on.....
