Caroline was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my issue and came to a resolution we were both happy with. Caroline was polite, friendly, understanding and is a real asset to Opus.

I opened a salon and the previous tenant used opus energy. There was some misunderstanding about the bill so I contacted opus and Gavin Clarke who I spoke to sorted it all out for me as I was getting stressed out about it. Can’t thank them enough for being so understanding.

Had broadband fitted Tuesday, hasn't worked since Thursday when I had gone away. Came back Saturday to report issue. Was told engineer would be in touch. No sign. Been on phone a number of times today, gave router details and was told should be back running within half an hour. No engineer has been in touch and I'm still waiting on customer service to answer my call yet again. I never had issues connecting with my previous provider. Just slow coverage. Wish I had stayed where I was now. Unless you at opus can convince me otherwise.
Back up and running again. Let's see how long it lasts so changing star rating

Why I have to give this company any stars at all when they deserve none is totally beyond me. The moment I was free from them and bills reduced by over 80% was genuinely one of the best days in my life. Knowing I wasn't beholden to these absolute cowboys was a joyous moment indeed

Business premises - From the moment I switched to opus its been challenging. The bills are constantly based on estimates, even with smart meters installed. We then had regular meter reads . Again bills not correct. Then a supposed update on the meter- no change, still estimated. Then we had no prior invoice and notification and a payment was made taken of £10,000 + of which after complaining we received compensation however having that amount of money taken was an absolute nightmare. I have requested the 30 min energy usage to help manage bills. It is meant to be emailed within 10 days- month later. Still waiting. Yet more estimated bills. Contract ends in July and it cannot come quick enough!

We rented a new commercial unit, took the key at end of the April and our 3 phase electricity got connected on late May and we signed a contract with Bes energy, then out of blue Opus energy started sending us an outstanding bill for March 2024 and it's 224£! It's obviously a due balance unpaid from previous tenant. I can't remember how many time l rang them and told them the situation and there was a silence until last week as we started receiving bills again 😔
I am fed up with challenging and wasting my precious time on the phone with them as they never understood and take action.
Why am l responsible for other people's misbehaviour and unpaid bills?
Is there any energy ombudsman that l can escalate that case?
I do not have a contract with them or any agreement told or made at all so how can they be so persistent on based on what?

I left opus Energy five months ago and there is a refund they need to make to me about five months they haven’t paid my money about £5000 is a very bad company no customer service. I don’t get any answer. how can I contact you? Can you contact me directly? This is my opus account number.0863376 You can find out every information I have called many times they could not solve it in 2019 I open account with opus energy as a limited company then 2022 or 21. I sign another contract as a sole trader. They didn’t close my account as a limited company but they keep continue my account so now they saying we can’t refund the money because your contract was limited company the money you’re paying us now is soul trader so we need they saying we need to close your account unlimited company and open your account as a soul trader is very mixed up thing so if you can solve this problem, they are not helpful at all every time I call they telling me two weeks since April

the most incompetent useless clowns i have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I rasied a ticket with them in August last year, and now in October this year it is my fault they have overcharged us. the headline is that they aim to acheive excellent levels of customer service, DO NOT BE FOOLED, there is no worse customer service on this planet. To make things worse the guy that is trying to help, cannot find details that the brainiac i spoke to yesterday could.
