I signed up for Opus.com under the promise of a mail forwarding service included with their package. However, once I registered, I was told that the building they assigned me to does not actually provide forwarding because Opus is only a third-party broker there.
This left me with no choice but to cancel the service and start over with a new company registration, address, and compliance documents — a major disruption and cost to my business.
On top of that, despite charging me a $120 monthly fee plus setup costs, Opus refuses to issue a refund even though they failed to deliver the basic service they advertised.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise other entrepreneurs and business owners to think twice before trusting Opus with something as critical as their company address and mail handling.
