The staff is great

The staff is great. I love the professionalism and mail service available. I wish they had grad B buildings so that I could have an actual office onsite.

I think they were honest they gave me a…

I think they were honest they gave me a lot of information they listened and let me know what's best for me or at least they they directed me to other party that I should know about that makes my job a lot easier for me so they didn't just stop at them they also refer to the planner and the advisor and I appreciate that because without that it will take me a long time to do what I needed to do

Getting charged and not receiving the service

I can’t figure out where is the physical location for my virtual office to collect my mail. I called customer service, got voicemail and no one returned my call. Each month I’m being charged $99 for a service I am not receiving

When we called to resolve the issue, you said you couldn't locate the suite number but in the confirmation letter we sent you, the suite number was clearly listed. We also went above and beyond to ensure that your USPS 1583 form was properly notarized to avoid any other issues. We always strive to make sure our clients' needs are met and issues are resolved.

Horrible waste of money you can’t even use products an Opus worker told me to try Regus there way better and professional THANKS REGUS!!

My name isn’t Alisha but my actual experience was the same Actually your lying I called multiple times from the beginning stating I couldn’t use service and was told since I couldn’t then there shouldn’t be a problem compensating me within the first couple days trying to use service, I even went to the actually location and they said a lot of customers have the same issue

Your account was closed due to non-payment, as we did not receive the necessary payments. You paid when you signed up, but the following month, you defaulted on paying, therefore we closed your account. We do offer a 30 day cancellation policy, no questions asked.

We value all our customers and do our best to provide clear communication to resolve any issues.
