200 MAD is not unlimited, you only got 80Gb and when you use it the WiFi will slow down crazy.

The worst internet provider I have ever encountered in my whole adult life. The optical fiber is never stable, the call center is as useless as it can get. It could take several days, or even weeks before you can get a real help. I am more than disappointed by their service.

The technician called me to do installation of my fibre. I took a holiday to be at home. Few hours later he called me to cancel the installation for no reason + he was rude and unprofessional.
I called the support center, the worst as they do not provide any help.

The worst wifi service in morocco
I have been using Darbox 12 Mbits/s for 5 months. And I got only about 100-0 Kbits/s. DO NOT waste your money on this fu***g company. They have very bad customer service. They are not responsible... I'm very disappointed. boobooboo
Decent service especially when you are within your 60gb fast internet time.
It's good enough when you are within your 60gb and not TOO bad if it's just one device connected when you are outside the 60gb. I have noticed the time when it can struggle though is around 9-11pm.
Also the old router was better! Now they provide a large white router but it used to be a small black one. In my house we have one of each and it's clear that during times when you are beyond your 60gb on them the black one works better and the newer white one struggles more. Also the smaller one was handy when travelling as you could take it with you and just plug in anywhere (in Morocco). The new router is too bulky (and as I say not as good either).
EDIT- 11/23 - It has been a year since I last updated the review. Currently it's not good in the evenings from 9pm-12pm. This happens as more people join the service and Orange take their time to expand their output or whatever it is. It's a bit of a write off at this time of night in terms of doing anything that needs a bit of bandwidth. If it were every now and then I could handle it but it's every night currently and so I am taking off a star until things improve. Sorry Orange but it's 'not good enough' as I am often saying out loud to myself.

Their customer service is terrible. Twice my FIBER 50 mega internet stopped working and when I called to claim the issue, they informed me that the technician will be contacting me for the following 48 hours. 10 days later and after calling them EVERY SINGLE DAY, I did not get an intervention!
I asked them to call the technician services and they told me that they do not have their number and only contact them through emails. What kind of business management does not have various forms of contact with other teams?!
It is just horrible. I do not recommend at all!
