Orange Recycle Reviews 

Good customer service and reasonable delivery times but they will knock off a large amount of your phone's value for minor issues. Bacs transfer Payment delivery was shockingly slow (5 days once the price was accepted) - I won't recycle my next phone with Orange.

I followed the instructions, and Orange followed theirs. Fab!

Free postage and only took about a week from first registering the phone to sell to the time the money was in my account no problems whatsoever

I got rid of my old phone, and got £10 for it. Great, it is no longer cluttering up my bed side and hopefully fulfilling a useful purpose else where.

was told made call for three hours 50 minutes 21 seconds, said impossible was told thats it !!

The price was reasonable, post and packaging simple and job done and completed within the week.

I had to ring up to find out why I hadn't heard anything to which I was told that she would get her supervisor to ring me back.This didnt happen but 1 day later I got an email saying that they were putting the money into my account.

The thing I mostly loved was the constant communication,updates where in the process I was regarding that they had received my mobiles and what would happen next. And the money was paid in to my account within 3 days

The phone worked perfectly fine when I sent it then they had the cheek to say it had water inside and also the volume button didn't work, utter rubbish the phone was perfect when I sent it, they then took £40 of their offer, not a lot I could do but accept. This is one company I will definitely not use ever again and if I can stop any of my friends using it as well I will.

The first week was a nightmare as they couldn't find my phone hence 3stars then after that the money was sent next day that get 5 stars. I would get everyone to get there phone sent off recorded delivery then you have proof they have your phone.
