Got the promised price for the phone, postage was free and quick, money came on my account as promised quickly. X always recycle with orange.

After looking at various recycling companies I chose this one because it had good reviews. Although it did not offer the best price the general experience of previous customers seemed to be generally good.
I started the process on a Wednesday, received the freepost envelope on the Friday and had the money in my bank account the following Thursday without any problems.

Hassle free way to sell your phone- would strongly recommend to use.

When I sent my iPhone 5 and Xperia S off, I was expecting it to takes ages before i was paid. I sent the phones off on the Monday by special delivery, on the Tuesday they arrived, orange emailed me to acknowledge receipt of the items, by Thursday I had £400 in my bank account. I am a happy bunny, many thanks to all the staff at Orange and their 3rd party handlers for the efficient and courteous service.

We sorted out where to send my phone for recycling, applied online. Envelope arrived within a couple of days, sent it off at the local post office and had a cheque within a couple of days. Took about a week in all. Brilliant service....def worth using

Received £195 for my Iphone 4S as agreed. I sent the phone by Special Delivery and the next day I had an email to say they had received and tested my phone and agreed to paid the price they originally quoted. I received the money into my account within 2 working days. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone, it was quick, easy and saved a lot of the hassle and time of listing it for sale on Ebay.

was a simple process, just had to read the steps sent to me in the mail and follow them :) if the phone wasnt in pristine condition they'd tell you how much was deducted and why. Easy money is all i can say since my phone was in a case since it was bought so as near to pristine as i could get ^.^ so HTC desire S got me around £29 ish

It was valuable to have use of a Blackberry Set, then know it's future life or recycling would be of benefit to others.

The service was very fast it took 5 days from sending the phone, to the money appearing in my bank account, I have told all my firends its a great way of getting some money back!

Orange is beyond doubt the best Mobile Recyling Company out there. The fact that they send you a pre- paid Jiffy Bag is so convenient. I sent my phone via Royal Mail special delivery which meant that it arrived the very next day. Orange sent me an email to confirm that they had received my phone and that they had already established that it was in excellent condition so they they were able to offer me the best possible price.
The money was in my Account within two days. I am very happy with the service and would happily recommend it to all my friends.

An excellent service. Quick and easy to use and good explanations given of valuation. I got a fair price for my mobile and received the money into my bank without delay.

I tried another company, initially, as they were offering more cash, but when I sent my phone to them (16G IPhone 4S), the offer was dramtically reduced to less than half the advertised amount. Knowing my phone was in excellent condition I immediately asked for it to be returned--which I had to pay for.
I contacted Orange a week later, half expecting a similar outcome, and was pleasently surprised to find that they kept their promise and made payment to me (at the advertised amount of £180) within 3 working days of receiving my phone. I'm more than happy to reccomend Orange, and I'll certainly contact them first if I have another phone I need to recycle in the future!

Sent iPhone off on Monday and had cash in my account by Thursday. Can't ask more than that

Easy to use service and environmentally friendly

I registered my phone, got my quote and was quickly sent an envelope to post it in. I was doubtful of receiving the full price offered but sure enough it was in my account within days. I was kept updated via texts and emails throughout the whole process. I would have no qualms in recommending this service to anybody, such a simple way to get rid of old phones and make a bit of money.
