I felt I got a fair price for my iPhone. the start button did not work so the offer was fine by me.

Really simple to carry out the transaction.

I used this service to recycle my old mobile after my upgrade. The value given for the phone was the best price offered from all of the similar mobile recycling services that I checked out.
I was given the full value of the phone although I expected to be offered the second tier of 90% of the value.
It was a quick, efficient service, (around 1 week in total) from agreeing to send my phone to receiving the money in my bank.

Excellent, I won't hesitate to use it again and will recommend them to anyone.

Selling my old phone through Orange Recycle was quick and easy and I was very pleased with the price I received. I was able to make the deal online and then follow the clear instructions for sending my phone. I received the money into my bank account within days.

Received exactly the amount they quoted me - which was great.
My only gripe is that my phone had a red flag status against it so it could not be processed until it had been removed - this was not their fault, however, they never contacted me to advise me about this. I only found out about the status when I contacted them after two weeks of not hearing anything. From this point forward I managed to resolve the issue in a couple of weeks. Overall , they were very prompt in their email responses and the matter was resolved satisfactorily - so I would use them again.

Sent in my Xperia Arc valued online at £53. Got tested and told I would get full amount. However only £29 was put into my account.

I phoned up and a very nice lady looked into it for me. Turned out it was an error their end and the rest of the money was in my account within 2 days.
Would definitely use again and my thanks to them

Quick to send the pack through and to get paid. Price was higher than with other sites, and no cheques! Hurrah! Paid straight into the bank within a couple of days, would defo recommend!

It was easy to find out how much my phone was worth, put in the details. I received my post it bag and instructions quickly. They texted me to keep me up to date and I received my money! Easy
