Best phone recycling service I have used. I looked at all the recycling companies online Orange offered the most flashback so I went with it. Within two days I received a small box to place my used phone in with a postage paid bag to post it onto Orange, it took two days for them to email me with their final offer, once I accepted their offer it then only took two days for payment to reach me. So all in all Very pleased:-) Definitely use again.

The whole process was very smooth without any complications. From receiving the packaging to send my phone off in to receiving the cheque, there was constant communication and it was a very efficient process. I will certainly use this service again and would have no hesitations recommending other people to use this too.

Very simple to get get the phone to them and for the money to arrive in my account…wasn't impressed by their grading system.I personally after reading it classed my handset as 80%,it wasnt 100% as the iPhone had a crack in the rear bottom corner.they originally offered me £100,I knew it wasn't mint but thought £80.
They offered me £60 and because they already have the handset like myself I couldn't be arsed requesting it back so just took the offer!

Very impressed had the money in my bank within 3 days. Definitely use this company again.

I had a iphone 4s that I no longer needed and when Orange sent details of their recycle scheme I took advantage of it. The process was very smooth and the money was placed in to my account quickly after they assessed the phone. I could probably have received more money by advertising on EBAY but this was far simpler.

I am an orange user and had tended to keep all my old phones. Finding someone who would recycle them properly, and in some cases give me money for them was most useful. I would always use them and commend them to others.

Orange offered me the most for my iPhone 5, within 2 days I had my postage packaging sent to me. I sent the phone special delivery which cost around £8 but is worth if an expensive phone got lost in the post! Had my money in my account the day after they sent me an email saying they had received my phone so got my money quicker than expected. All in all good service.

It was all very simple and happened as stated.

I saw it on the website and popped my details in. Within a few days the envelope had popped through the front door, I sent the phone off and in no time at all i had confirmation that it had arrived and the amount they would be paying for it. I accepted the offer and was emailed back saying the money would be in my bank within 3 days. The whole process took just over a week and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. I would defiantly use this service again.

Give exactly what was quoted for phone and put money in my bank within a couple of days of receiving my phone.
