Reduced amount paid by 10% due to "light scratches"
Disappointed orange reduced amount payable by over 10% due to "light scratches to screen" what do they expect on a two year old phone? I had even put a brand new back on before I returned it so the phone looked pretty much as new, service was pretty slick but payment by cheque took a while. I'll try somewhere else next time!

Brilliant!
Recycled my old phone, didn't expect to get much for it as it was chipped on the corner of the casing so was really pleased to receive the amount I did. It was easy to organise and send and payment, direct into my bank account, was quick!

Simply the best service i have used.
I have used a few recycle centres and it appears they now use a method of offering you a good price, then when you send it off they call you with a reduced price. Orange, were quick, simple and made the whole process easy. I will 100% use them again, even if they do not offer quite as much.
