Traded in my old phone with Orange Recycle, their offer was way above most of the other websites I checked. Instructions were clear and unambiguous, and I was kept informed of progress at each step of the process. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Orange Recycle in the future.

I hadn't used my blackberry for ages on my orange bill it mentioned recycling so I went on line set it up got the free post pack and within a week had the money in my account sorted

Excellent services privided to all customers. Great value for money. Additional features such as the *orange recycle* programme is excellent and I would recommend anyone on the network to recycle their old phones. Extremely quick and easy process. Overall I am so far impressed by the company.

Don't expect much for your phone! They will give you a price and then offer you less when they get it, in my case saying that it had minor scraches and then took £2 pounds off. Try selling on e-bay you might get what its worth!

Really easy, quick and kept updated. I didn't get the most I could have with other companies but I liked I could trust company name and knew where to go if I had any problems.

Having just returned from holiday I have seen your email offering £10.00 for two phones. Both phones are scored as 'no fault detected with the device', in which case why I was I not offered £25.00 per phone. If both phones were marked the same why was I just awarded £10.00 for one phone? I find this very disturbing and deceitful and await your reply before taking this further.

Orange did all they said they would, and made the process simple and straightforward

Can't fault this procedure if you have a mobile phone you wish to sell this is the place to go.

Delighted to find a mobile phone recycling service which actually pays for the phone. It was speedy and efficient.

It was a seamless process. I entered the details on the website, received the quote. The envelope arrived within a couple of days. I posted the phone off as per the instructions. I had an email to say it had been received and confirmed the quote. Within a couple of days I had the cheque.
The only slight moment of confusion was when I received a text message telling me to send the phone soon even though I already had. But it must have been a cross over in communications.

Very quick service, only 7 days from initial order to completion.

These guys were great - had 2 phones recycled. Bag was sent out immediately. Within days of receiving my phones I received an email confirming the receipt and quoted funds - monies received straight away - loved it! Thank you.

Orange didn't offer the highest price for my iPhone 4 but it was fair and I figured more recourse available if things didn't pan out as expected. However, very quick on envelope delivery, kept informed all through process and price as promised and prompt payment into bank. A transparent process, faultless.
