I went online to see the price i would get for my phone. I had previously sent it to another recycle website and they did not give me the money i was expecting so i requested it back. Orange website explained the different levels of payments and i received an email with the amount i was expecting. The cheque arrived quickly and i am pleased with this service i would use it again!

The process was say to follow, great price for recycle and quick response.

I sent for my return envelope Tues evening with a valuation of £60 max. Envelope received Thurs morning, phone posted Fri morning........Cheque received Wed morning for the full amount. Absolutely no hassle, no waiting around on an auction site, no buyer haggling with me, no hidden fees to pay & a price which matched any internet auction site.
Would definitely use again & recommend to anyone

Rather than stick my old mobile in a drawer and forget about it as I normally do, I was attracted by the Orange recycle system. I entered the details of my old mobile on line, was quoted a price and accepted it. A few days later a prepaid envelope arrived, I posted the old phone off and a few days after that I received an e-mail from Orange Recycle confirming receipt and that a cheque was on its way. Simple - an ideal way to recycle your old phone - help the environment and get some extra money!

It is one of the companies that promise high payout, whilst after they reduce the offer by around 10%. Count with this, if you are after quickpayment with no hassle.

I was a bit reluctant to use this service. My phone was in perfect condition, but I thought they would give me a lower price than I thought the phone was worth. However, it couldn’t have been easier, communication was great, they sent a prepaid envelope for the phone, and I got a decent amount for it.

after i sent my mobile to orange recycle they processed it quickly and the money was in my account within no time.

This was my first time using the service. With it I have successfully recycled two items. One without any issue, the other tool quite some time to resolve, but ultimately worked out. I would have liked a bit more communication over the matter or some online progress bar of their status.

Quick and easy to use service, the option of bank transfer is brilliant as it goes straight in instead of waiting for a cheque.

It was so easy to send my phone off. The email up dates reassured me my phone had arrived in one piece and the cheque was in the post when they said it would be. Couldn't have asked for any more of a better service.
