Can't think of any problems!

Having now retired with over 50 years fleet management experience behind me I started the search for a well spec'd Golf SV. Dealer discounts were poor so I tested what I judged to be the two top on line agents.
Orangewheels site was simple and effective giving me prices for models and options immediately. The competitors site was not as easy to use and the pricing was not as good.
On sending a firm enquiry to Orangewheels I received a telephone call from them within minutes !. They said their VW Dealer nearest to me would be in touch soon to confirm delivery dates etc.
Within the hour Sophie from the VW dealer rang me and gave an estimated build time for the car plus other useful information.
If I wanted to proceed all I had to do was ring back with a credit card deposit.
The dealer service was excellent throughout including sorting my personal plate.
The car arrived on the date promised and handover at the dealership was exemplary with all features being properly explained and paperwork spot on.
The saving on list price of the car and extras was over £5,400, an incredible discount by any measure - akin to a large fleet discount.
This has to be the way for private buyers to purchase cars, there is simply no risk, just an incredible discount.
As a retired fleet professional I would recommend Orangewheels without hesitation as the best way of buying a new car with a great discount.

One of the lads at work mentioned these as I was looking at a new Audi , after taking a demo car on a 24hrs lifetime test drive from my local Audi, on ruturning the car I sat down with the salesman to find out what his best deal was. They couldn't get anywhere near orange wheels. After speaking to Ben at Orangewheels the order was placed very quickly & i saved me around £8500. £43,500 new and paid just over £35000. Excellant service . I had to drive to Coventry to pick the car up, but well worth the journey for the money saved.

Local main dealer didn't seem to know very much about the car I wanted to buy but said they would check with Mercedes and phone me the next day. That was two months ago and I still haven't heard from them. OrangeWheels phoned me within two minutes of me clicking "Submit" on their website. Their main dealer phoned the next day and they phoned back the following day to say they could get the car a few weeks earlier than they originally thought. I was kept informed all through the purchase process and was finally given a date when I could collect my new car. When I mentioned I'd be travelling by train they insisted on picking me up from the station. Handover was good, nice coffee and a thorough explanation of the car's controls and features. Initially I was a little concerned about buying over the internet but OrangeWheels did exactly what it said on the tin, can't recommend them too highly and will definitely see what they have to offer the next time I'm looking for a new car.

I'm just amazed that it was all so simple, from initial contact to the dealership contacting me. No hard sell and no bartering. My local Mercedes dealerships couldn't come anywhere close to the deal, which in turn enabled me to have a higher spec car than I thought possible.

iI have never bought a car or any other major purchase online, so I was a bit anxious about buying a new Audi A3 through Orangewheels.
I need not have worried.
i was a cash buyer, and went to 2 local dealers for quotes. £500, was all they would give me off the list price of the car. After going online, and putting in my requirements, I received a price for £2800 below list price. I had some extras on the car, so this then made it a factory order.
I ordered the car in mid january, and collected the car at the end of March.
I am very pleased with the car and service I received from Orangewheels and would not hesitate to use them again.

A few quick phone calls to Orangewheels and the deal was all sorted with the audi dealer (including the trade-in) which resulted in a £2300 saving over the rrp and this was still £1100 cheaper than my local dealer would go to.
Orangewheels have been a delight to deal with and they really are a company that does what it says on the tin.

I made an initial enquiry about the price for a new Mercedes E Class estate on Orangewheels. This was very simple and straightforward and led to an excellent offer from a main Mercedes dealer. This price never varied even though it took several months to sort out a factory supplied model for various reasons. Paid only a small deposit to secure the car and then no further balance until I actually collected it. Great service all round from a very pleasant and polite sales team at the dealer - a vastly better service than when I tried to buy the same car at my local dealer without having first obtained a fixed price offer though Orangewheels. I would advise anyone wishing to purchase a new car to do it this way !

They got me that car that I wanted. I am delighted with it and the price.

Orange wheels were easy to deal with, we had a large discount (much greater than was offered direct with Audi dealers). Delivery was on time and the dealer staff very helpful. Did have to travel 100 miles to collect by train, but Dealer collected from nearest station.

This has been my best experience for buy a new car with a big discount, Orangewheels were very professional in handling the deal with the Audi dealership, the Audi sellsperson was outstanding with the transaction and handover, as good as it gets.
