Beautiful advent calendars & great service
Purchased the double calendars with window with picture on front and a window with chocolate behind. They are so cute, lovely woodland illustrations and not covered in any branding at all like the ones in supermarkets. Also the chocolate is 30% coco solids so much better quality. They were on discount as it’s almost December, and they were sent out super fast and well packaged. I’m delighted and my kids will be too.

Badly packaged, arrived squashed
Ordered several advent calendars that arrived squashed. Could have been prevented if they were wrapped / sufficiently protected but they arrived with no effort to protect them - like they'd just been grabbed off a shelf and shoved in a cardboard envelope. Straightforward stuff they should be getting right.
