chair has staples missing and manufacturing defects. Price of £800 is scandalous. do not buy from this company, customer service was awful even the owner of the company thinks its ok for staples to be in the wrong place and for the "chair" to rock and float ona defective pedastal.

Mis sold me expensive chair as genuine leather and it arrived as fake man made cheap rubbish. I have had to open PayPal case as they want me to pay for return and blaming thier "distributor " haha you couldnt make it up ! and they have stated they advertised it as man made. This is a total lie and I have the screenshot evidence to prove it. Avoid them at all costs. Selling cheap Chinese rubbish. Dropshippong scammers. Report made to Trading Standards.

Bought from their Ebay site but was surprised when I received my 'Executive Office Chair' with many marks and blemishes around the wooden feet and arms. After contacting them, and sending photos of the marks, I was told I would be given a replacement chair but days later I was contacted by the sales manager to say that a replacement would no longer be happening as all their furniture is marked and blemished as it is NOT new but listed on Ebay as 'New, other' but no where else in the listing did it bring to my attention that the goods would be marked. No apologies and no regrets from the sales manager, more of a 'told you so', 'look more carefully next time' attitude. (The leather was in excellent condition though.)

Overall good value for money

Several years ago, I ordered a custom home office chair with no issue till the tilting mechanism broke. So, not wanting to invest so heavily this time, I ordered a chair from OrderOffice Furniture. Well, still not cheap, the chair is of absolutely appalling quality construction. The first thing I noticed was that the height adjustment was faulty. I sent photos and measurements and waited. Then, a day or so later I noticed bare wood on the arms - closer examination showed that the cheap, thin veneer finish, over soft wood was rubbing off, in several places. I could see that this must have happened when the chair brushed up against the desk. In the four or more years I had the other desk, brushing up against the desk was a daily occurrence, but no marking ever occurred - proper wood - properly finished - I have photos. When I complained, they said they would take the chair back but the manufacturer would charge £75 per arm for damage to the veneer. I said that I would post a truthful review, and contact trading standards - this fulfils the first of those promises. My letter of complaint to Trading Standards is next. By the way, the chair is unstable, and the padding on the seat is thin and quite uncomfortable after a short time. So, this is not about the money - I have just ordered another £1200 custom chair - it is about what I can only assume to be knowing, wilful and intentional lack of care - I cannot imagine a world in which this has not happened before.

Ordered the 1400mm Executive Home Office Desk In Light Oak, which looks amazing and even better in real life. The company kept me informed about the delivery date and time, even offering me a date two days after ordering. The delivery men arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional. I used the installation service, which was definitely worth it. They put together the desk in no time and it looks absolutely fabulous. I'm very pleased with the quality and it looks amazing. I can't recommend enough this company. Great product at a great price, with outstanding customer service.

Common theme here of poor customer service.

This furniture is not cheap. It is meant to be luxury. On ordering the chair, the delivery was late. The box turned up smashed in and I was asked to sign a 'delivered' form. I did say I am inspecting first. Anyway...

The delivery was 5 days later than expected. I made an enquiry about the wheels because I wanted to add my own to protect my flooring. I had no response.

I would have to drill the wheels off to get mine on and even then, use glue. On £430 chair I was not prepared to ruin it. So....I asked for a return in January just 2 weeks after delivery, I still haven't had a reply!!

Never buying again.

(Update May 2026) They replied a year and 2 months later. They did not request anything.

Updated : No request came my way. As today, you replied a year and 2 months after my complaint. As soon as Trust pilot popped up, I replied. You did not make any requests until today. A year and 2 months too late!

We received 2 pallets of furniture for our new office fit out, the first of what would be many orders. One of the desks was damaged, with evidence of the damaged box, this was reported in under 2 weeks from receipt, and we have been told it will not be replaced as damage needs to be reported within 3 days. When you receive 2 pallet loads of furniture and have to unpack everything its unreasonable to expect faulty items to be reported within 3 days, when the delivery took place on a Friday as well. However they change the rules to suit them, a chair was damaged, and this was reported and when they asked to make sure no others were damaged we informed them we were still unpacking, we were told that was ok ( when it suits them) no sign of the 3 day rule there. For what we saved after spending over 4k its not been worth it, the worst customer service ever, in hind sight I would never had ordered from them, I have another 2 similar orders I need to make to kit out the other offices, and I am now trying to find somewhere that may stock this brand so it matches

My second time purchasing with this company, all brilliant bought the below this time round.

Unfortunately the red traditional leather executive chair I ordered was a disappointing purple-brownish colour. More disappointingly however was the customer service I received when I queried this. The owner Mr Singh ignores my communications, as do his staff.

I would strongly advise against a purchase from this company.

Cheaply made, utter rubbish - didn't last that long. Coating started peeling away from my desk. AVOID!
