What a gem this company is. Very rare to find a company with great customer service. Hats off guys.

I am always wary of purchasing online, and the reviews on trust pilot for this company weren't the greatest to be fair. The executive desk I ordered was just over a thousand pounds. The desk was delivered and fitted by Lee and Musty, who had travelled all the way down from Huddersfield to Sandwich having spent a day delivering and fitting London, unfortunately there was a part missing, this meant the same trip a few days later. They were friendly and efficient. As promised, they turned up at the allotted time and completed the job and I was very pleased. Having delivered and fitted a good quality product I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you Order Office Furniture.

I very rarely leave reviews, however on this occasion, I've made an exception.

I was looking to purchase a nice office desk for my home office. I came across Order Office Furniture on Google. As I do with any company, I looked for the reviews. They have very positive Google Reviews, however, when I saw the reviews on trust pilot, I was alarmed.

I rang the office and spoke to the sales manager. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help me make my choice. He was very honest with his opinion of what furniture would work and wouldn't work for my needs. I placed the order with full confidence and within a few days, the delivery arrived.

The furniture was assembled by their staff who were a credit to the company.

This just shows you shouldn't believe all the reviews you read online. My experience with this company exceeded all expectations.

Ordered a desk which was described as a clearance item . said might have slight marks and blemishes !!!
Absolute joke of a company it arrived chipped and scratched with a large dent right in the middle of it.
Arrived late with no fixings to put together and no instructions . called there so called manager who tried to defend the quality and over promised a solution which he then went back on. Fixings then turned up only to find that the desk had actually been repaired (and very poorly). still heard nothing regarding picking this pile of crap. now going to pursue legally. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. i should of read the reviews before i purchased

Customers expecting even a modicum of professionalism and respect from those peddling office supplies should look elsewhere; this company fails miserably on all fronts.

I paid for an office chair in January and was told to expect delivery end of March or early April.
The company does not respond to emails and I called 10 times from April to date, only to be misled that the product was on the floor but the delivery schedule needs to be finalised and now the product is still in the container. I plan to pursue legal action.
Zero customer service.
Do yourself an favour and avoid buying anything from this company.

Their service is at amateur level at best while they are trying to sell premium products for premium prices. Took them @4 months to replace the left arm-pad and now they are not willing to replace the right arm-pad on my chair which started to crack like the left one.
It is clear there is a problem with the fake leather because is impossible to miss use the arm-pads on an office chair.
Next week I will fill up a small claim with the court because I am not planning to pay a premium price for a chair to last 6 months in decent condition.
If they are willing to close the business for an arm-pad...bon voyage...
UPDATE: they fixed the issue in the end, but the communication was poor.
I will give them credit for fixing the issue and hope one day they will provide the right service at the right time for their products. Their products are aesthetically pleasing, the problem is that their service support needs improvement when something goes wrong. That means there will be no customer retention for them.

Ordered an office chair. The first chair I ordered was not in stock however after a quick call I was given the option of another chair which whilst it was 80 pounds more they gave me at the same cost as the original order. It then was delivered within the next 24hours. Total result. The chair it’s self is solid and looks well. Will do everything I need it to and whilst the lad wanted to come and set it up, I declined as I didn’t want to risk either party. I put it together in minutes. Considering the country is struggling as a whole it is good to have someone who just did the right thing and a little more. Thank you

I'm giving them one star only because I can't give less.
Absolutely horrible experience in terms of product quality, communication and customer support and also stolen money for the installation service.
I ordered furniture for 3000 pounds on 22 March 2020 and paid them in full on 27 March 2020.
The total cost offered was installation included.
Because of the COVID-19, I waited for about a month to have the furniture delivered and installed, but in the end I asked to have them delivered without installation.
The furniture were delivered on 28 April 2020.
The day after the delivery while I was assembling the furniture, I noticed that the doors were totally crocked and I asked by email to have the doors replaced. They didn’t answer for more than a week and then I phoned them discussing the replacement.
On the 19 May 2020 they delivered new doors that were completely different from the ones I ordered so I called again for have them replaced with those with the original pattern.
Another delivery attempt was done on 12 June 2020 with the same original doors that they tried to repair but they were still in bad condition.
These doors have a frame and a central panel and because the problem was in the frame I asked to have the frame replaced with the wrong doors maintaining the central panel.
This is not a real solution for me but I needed to solve this issue.
I also asked to have a refund for the installation service, quoted 130 pounds, that they never provided because of the COVID-19. They answered that because of the discount applied, that was about 7%, they couldn’t refund the installation.
I asked to have refunded at least the installation with the deduction of the applied discount but I’m still waiting for an answer from them. I don’t think they want to refund me at all.
I’ll never buy from them again after this absolutely horrific experience.
