Very nice watch! Great Quality and Look!

Though I have been in touch with the company, I have never received my watch. It was supposed to be out for delivery last week, however I never received it.

I own 6 OG watches, and like this latest purchase, they're all fantastic. This watch (number 7 purchase) was a gift for my wife, and she is thrilled with it. We live in the California Central Coast wine country, and the theme of this time piece fits in perfectly.

The watch is better than expected. Even my jeweler was impressed. Good quality.

Ask for help with additional links, they helped me immediately. The watch is nice and draws attention

I absolutely love my Forest Fire watch — the red color version is stunning! The purchase process was simple and smooth, and when I needed to order additional links, customer service made it quick and easy. The craftsmanship and style really stand out. I’d love to see Original Grain expand this collection with matching accessories like dog tags or a keychain in the same design.

I received my order very fast and things were great. My husband wore his watch twice and pins started falling out and he lost a link because of it.
I contacted the company and I was sent a link to buy more pins and links🤬 I spent almost 900.00 on 3 watches I should not have to order and pay for more.
Then that said they would make me a ticket to get it taken care of. Guess what never got a email or links and pins.

I now own three Original Grain watches — one of which I gave to my father-in-law and we both can’t stop talking about them. The craftsmanship is incredible. My Jack Daniels Mechanical Chrono especially blew me away: it uses a Miyota 82S0 automatic movement, a system normally found in high-end Swiss watches. I didn't even know that when I purchased it. You can feel the quality right away -they’re solid, have a satisfying weight, and look even better in person than in the photos.

Customer service was just as impressive. I had a small issue with the one I gifted my father-in-law, and their team handled it instantly and professionally. They genuinely stand behind their work.

Between the unique designs, premium feel, and the way they treat their customers, I’m officially a lifelong fan. Couldn’t be happier with both the watches and the people behind them.

We had an issue with the watch that we purchased. My husband absolutely loved the watch and didn’t want to give it back to get fixed. They sent us a brand new watch. No that’s great customer service.!!!!

The watch came super fast and the inscription I wanted on the back of the watch was perfect! Beautiful watch! It’ll look stunning thank you! Perfect anniversary gift.

Bought as an anniversary gift for my husband. It is excellent quality and made the perfect gift. Shipping was a lot faster than expected too.

Shopping on the Original Grain store is a breeze. Wonderful displays of all the different watches, love the "give back" programs, plant a tree, etc... you do above just selling unique watches. Own 3 watches now. Thanks

Perfect experience

Horrible! I got a text after I ordered my 3 rd watch from y’all that I could get sunglasses for 50% off. I walked way from my phone after order and text came in. I came back 8 minutes after time supposedly expired and text yes, but was told basically sorry but not sorry to late. We will have to think twice about ordering anymore watches
