Shopping with Original Grain is always so great. Got two wonderful gifts for my husband for our anniversary.

Great looking watch. Gets lots of compliments.

I bought two watches directly from Original Grain and I also own two more that I got on eBay..I got the Toyota TRD red watch not a fan of that automatic movement the other was the Golden State Warriors watch with a Swiss movement… I also own the Grainmaster which has a Swiss automatic movement and at one time owned two quartz movement watches from Original Grain.. When you decide to purchase a watch from Original Grain do your research on the watch that you have interest in… I stay away from quartz movements because of the price of battery replacement and I would believe that those movements are not Swiss at all….Be very choosy about what type of movement the watch has..Read the specs on the watches…Right now I do not see any Swiss movement watches on their website and believe me I get tons of emails and texts and I do check from time to time…So far as far as the automatic watches I don’t have any issues so far my main concern is that there’s a big possibility of the wood inserts and bezel coming off…My favorite is the Grainmaster automatic movement,Swiss and the wood inserts look like they can withstand minor “hits” and to my opinion that watch is well overbuilt…And that’s coming from a watch collector like me who owned many Rolexes and Omega watches…I prefer automatic movements and this company should consider using more ETA Swiss movements on their watches…Nowadays it pays to read all the specs of any watches that you might consider…Never had any shipping situations with this company but look carefully at the specifications of the watches you’re considering…I have a small wrist so I never had any issues with obtaining more links usually there’s two extra links and I don’t need them so I keep it in the boxes..I’m still up in the air with the TRD watch.While the movement looks nice I’m not sure it will hold up as well as a Swiss movement….I keep all my automatic watches on a winder to keep them running smooth…I’m not sure how the gold plating would hold up after constant wear….I would never buy a “surprise” sale rather know what I’m buying I did that with another watch company as I wanted that company to be successful like this company and was totally disappointed…Right now I own two Original Grain watch’s both automatics sold the Golden state watch (Knicks fan) So do your research read the specifications and hopefully one would be satisfied with the watches…The metal bands to my opinion on some of the models are way overbuilt for the price in fact I bought a nonfunctional watch by Original Grain just for the band..So far due to the quality of some of the models of watch I’m compelled to give a 3 star rating….Thanks for stopping by..

From the very beginning while shopping for my items on the website, I was very pleased with the way simplicity met classy. I’ve always been an avid supporter of veteran owned businesses, however that does not mean I blindly purchase without doing my homework. I planned to spend enough to purchase 1 watch and ended up spending three times that. As a veteran it’s always a high honor to receive recognition for serving my country not only does this company honor the vets who made our country what it is today, they give back to the entire planet by planting life all over it! I am honestly very excited to see what products come out next. I was beyond satisfied and properly treated. Kudos for setting the standard on customer service and hand crafted luxury time pieces.

I ordered a watch as a special gift and was really excited for it, but the experience was disappointing. The wooden box was fine, but the black sleeve came damaged and the engraving was poorly done. When I reached out to support, instead of offering a real solution, I was told they were “out of stock” on the sleeve — without even knowing when I needed the gift. That kind of response felt dismissive and unhelpful. For the price, even if this wasn’t their most expensive item, I expected better quality and better customer care. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and the weak follow-up left me very unsatisfied.

This is my fourth watch from you guys. It started off a little rocky but I think it was do to an error on the shipping and tracking site. After I had placed the order, a few days later the tracking said it had been delivered. It wasn't. I sent an email, they responded quickly and let me know what was going on and when I would actually get my watch. Also followed up with a couple of emails letting me know the progress. Great Customer service and well crafted watches.

If you want to wear beautiful art, buy from Original Grain. BUT, if you want functionality and customer service look elsewhere. I recommend TreeHut.

I was so excited for the watch to arrive to give to my husband for Father’s Day and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I reached out to customer support and Emely was able to get a replacement sent out. My husband loves his new watch.

After buying 5 watches and spending around 1500.00. I still like the concept of the company. I like the watches. I recently reached out to see about getting a extra link. I informed them that other 4 watches were fine and didn't require any additional links. I didn't understand why this one did. Well, they said I could buy 2 links with shipping for about 15.00 So I did but I thought that was petty after spending that much money. Well, they just lost a customer for that reason. I sent them an email and got no response. But they sent my receipt for the links Spend the 15.00 wisely. Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time ordering from the company where they either don’t have the product and shipment cancelled or their delivery time is completely off from what I was promised on the order page. They have no problem charging a $50 fee a one day delivery, but then once receiving the confirmation email you find out they’re not shipping anything this week because they’re moving! That info would’ve been great when you were ordering. Not after receiving the confirmation order email.

The watches are beautiful, but the customer service is severely lacking. It appears they are operating out of California. Maybe they should move to Texas.

I contacted Original Grain to get a replacement crystal for my husbands watch. At 1st the very nice gentleman I corresponded with did not have good news for me. Being the person I am, I went to the next step. Then I ended up with the co-founder of the company. He made things right. OMG they fid make it very right. My husband was very ecstatic when he opened the box from OG. Thank you OG for making someone’s day by leaps and bounds. Keep doing what you are doing. Katie

Beautiful watch! I love it. The only thing I would do differently is take the 2 extra links you send and put them on the watch. First watch I have ever bought in my life that was too small out of the box. Had to go to a jeweler to have the links put in. Other than that, perfecto!

Was gifted this watch for Christmas…within two months I had to pay for a battery replacement. 100$. Two days later the watch hands started colliding with each other, could’ve been the watch repair guys mistake, anyways he offered to fix it for free. Everything’s all good for about a month until my watch clasp bent out. No idea how it happened, anyways I emailed customer service, they seemed great, as they would respond to my first emails, and promised me a replacement each time I emailed. However after I replied to those emails, I would hear nothing. I tried this about 12 times, and then gave up. Useless. I figured I could try and bend the watch clasp back in, which kind of worked. About a week later my watch hands fell off from the rotater. I can’t stress enough how disappointing my experience with this company has been.

500$ watch not operable right out of the box, western ford f series. My wife bought it for me for Father’s Day…. Really nice looking watch but buyer beware. Now it’s just a bracelet. Trying to recoup our money.

I wanted to try the brand and needed the purchase to arrive within 6 days due to being a gift. I ordered the 46mm Teal and Bronze, (which seemed to be a fine quality watch) paid the addition fee for 2-3 day shipping, however the delivery time ended up as 8 days. The delivery communication was fairly slow and vague, however, I did begin to receive daily marketing emails as well as daily marketing text messages. Peiodical sales coms are fine; However, theirs seem to be too frequent.

I emailed 7 times immediately after ordering to change my address as it was incorrect. Not one response and now my watch is going somewhere else and I won't get it. I own a few other original grains as gifts, this was the 1st one I bought for myself, terrible experience and I won't get my watch.
