As reflected by others, terrible customer service. I have delamination in a 3 year old £2500 bike. It has taken months to get a final response from them, and then to conclude it was out of limited warranty (though they offer a 5 year guarantee!) or even to offer any assistance. What I would have expected on a £500 not one costing 5 times as much. Their bikes are good, when they work, but it’s simply not worth the risk of buying one.
Orro Terra Flat bar
Bought a Orro Terra Flat bar from CRC in December which was fine apart from the cheapo FSA crankset and even cheaper bottom bracket which creaked and knocked from day 1. I've now upgraded to a 105 crankset, why on earth Orro didn't fit as standard I'll never know and replaced the even cheaper bottom bracket for something suitable for the job - Wheels manufacturing threaded PF30, far better set up. Have tried to contact Orro a couple times either by chat or email but like other reviews no reponse. Such a shame as you'd like to think you've supported a UK company, but if Orro customer care don't care then why bother !
Unable to manage orders or customer enquiries
Well, first the good bit. I bought two merino tops, which were outstanding value (at the price I paid - reduced to £20 from an alleged original £100...I definitely wouldn't have paid that!). I've not used them yet, but the quality looks pretty good.
But.
First, the despatch date. In all honesty, I didn't need the goods quickly. However, the website says next-day despatch, and all I received was an email confirming the order. Nothing else. A week came and went. Nothing. They eventually despatched a parcel after ten days, still with no email to let me know until JUST before the parcel actually arrived.
And guess what? I'd ordered two tops. They'd charged for two tops. The total price shown on the delivery note was for two tops. But the itemised breakdown showed one top, and one top was what was in the parcel. The order was shown as "complete". (What kind of IT system they have, that allows the total amount to not reflect the itemised list, goodness knows. I bet their accounts are interesting.)
So, I emailed them, using their website's contact form. No reply. So the next day I phoned them. And the call was cut off without being answered. So I phoned them again, this time using a different menu option. And got a recorded message. So I left them a message. To which they didn't reply. Obviously.
The second top DID turn up a couple of days later, with no explanation, no contact of any sort, just when I was starting to think I'd need to get a chargeback through my credit card.
If you look at other reviews, you'll see the same sort of comments. I'm sure that someone will come along and post a nice, sympathetic response, but it's clearly the case that this company is unable to manage orders or customer enquiries in an efficient or acceptable manner.

Fantastic bikes and great customer service. Bikes are really well made and are built to suit a budget. Couldn't recommend them more.
Orro Venturi STC di2
Purchased an Orro Venturi STC DI2 in Black Friday sale through cycle to work scheme. Really easy ordering process and bike was delivered quicker than website stated. Only managed to get out on it a few times so far due to weather but looking forward to getting plenty of miles under my belt on it in the new year.

Never heard of Orro Bikes when looking to replace my Cube Lightening of 13 years. Wanted to go aero and I was really struggling to find a bike I liked, a colleague mentioned Orro. Checked out the website but couldn’t find a dealer who had a Venturi STC Airblade in stock. Called the manufacturer and spent 3 hours at there factory, had a tour of the setup and was sold on Orro. Purchased through C&N Cycles in Redhill, a bike fit by Paul and I kid you not, what a bike, perfect for me, a great purchase and fantastic value for money.
Orro Gold STC Rival
Purchased an Orro Gold STC Rival. Directly from Orro, after visiting their factory near Brighton.
What a great team of people, they were so friendly. I even got a cuppa out of them 😀. And they showed me the warehouse and assembly area.
Ordered the bike through Cycle 2 Work, and they started working on mine almost the same day I was there. The C2W voucher took a few days. But by that time mine was ready & my bike was delivered a day after.
"What an easy and quick service".
Took it out for a 39 mile ride & what a ride... This should keep me happy for a very long time.😁

I love this brand (and my Venturi STC in red/silver). It's a beautiful thing to look at, and a joy to ride.
It's great a British brand doing it's own thing, and growing ddespite times of trouble for cycling.
They have a superb range - something for everyone.
On the few occassions I've contacted them, they've been polite and efficient. Excellent!!

Customer service lets the company down. No replies to emails, phone call or other communication.
ORRO brand was unknown, not anymore 🙂
I wasn't that aware of the ORRO brand but once I found out that Primera Sports in Poole and Bournemouth, a reputable local dealer stock their bikes my mind was made up.
I purchased my ORRO Gold Evo 105 around 18 months ago it was a great service from Primera and the bike has been amazing!
As the description on the ORRO website states, it's a fast and comfortable endurance bike which fits my requirements perfectly as an all rounder.
Being a lower spec bike in the ORRO range there is scope for upgrades, I have now added Fulcrum Wind 40 carbon wheels, the same as were on the higher spec bikes and it is now even better!

I bought a Terra C as my first gravel bike and it was so capable that I followed it up with a Venturi Aero bike!
Not only are the bikes awesome value, but customer service is great too. I’ve called up and spoken directly to a mechanic regarding which replacement parts I needed.

Hi all future ORRO riders , I’ve come from mountain biking to road cycle 5 year ago, best thing I’ve ever bought is my ORRO GOLD STC ,fabulous to ride up hills and built for speed coming down, keeping it serviced regular with Leon cycle repairs , joined a club riding most Sundays 40-60 miles , always asked about my bike so of cause I always say best bike I’ve ever had ,

Orro Venturi, amazing!
Been riding an Orro Venturi for a little under a year now and it’s an amazing machine! I’ve done c.2000 miles on it this year and in my experience it hasn’t put a foot wrong! The abundance of other Orros I’ve seen at sportives around the country suggests a lot of others feel the same!
Shocking product, shocking customer service shocking company
I bought an orro venturi earlier this year, Shame they sound like a bag of spanners and have to be sent back for a refund. The shimano 12 speed di2 was very very noisy. Horrible clicking noise in the 11th sprocket, this was on top of the chain drop that completely destroyed the frame,It was exchanged for a completely new bike, new one turned up sounded exactly the same, when i aproached the situation and how it has to be a problem with the product i was made to feel like i was in the wrong by bad service employees that make you jump through hoops with your local bike shop, aranging for them to do the work, all this behind your back and only finding this out from your local bike shop giving you a call, on top of that they promise to ring the local bike shop to pay the aready agreed price and dont. Seriously dont invest any money in to this company, very unprofessional and very very bad customer service, since then they have blocked me from there facebook page which in my eyes is a massive red flag and shows that they will go to any length to stop bad press regarding there less than adequate product, it takes an age for them to repond to emails and no body ever answers the phones, and when they do, conveniently the person you are after is either in a meeting, on annual leave or off sick. I took 11 days anual leave in total taking 3 different deliveries, 1 due to a driver shortage at the delivery company but the others were orros ( iride ) fault, due to them having to send out boxes to have the bikes sent back.

Fantastic new bike
Recently bought a new Orro Gold STC and have to say that I'm in love. It rides like a bike that I'd expect to pay a lot more money for, and looks great too (which is just as important!) 😍 Can't wait to get out for my next ride!

Collected my second Orro road bike last…
Collected my second Orro road bike last week and so pleased with it! Joining my Venturi is the new 2024 Gold STC 105 Di2. Finished in a stunning metallic red the bike is fantastic. Unlike the aero speed machine Venturi the Gold is a more endurance focussed ride, and it doesn't disappoint! Fast, comfortable but still fast when it needs to be, me and this bike are going to have some adventures!
I collected the bike from the Orro HQ near Hailsham, and it was put together perfectly. As you can possibly tell, I'm Very pleased with my latest Orro purchase... might have to save up for a Terra Ti now 😂

Good bikes, atrocious customer service
It's clearly time to add my voice to the atrocious customer service and after-sales experience offered by this company. My bike is only three months old and I've had to fix the bottom bracket which became loose. I emailed Orro regarding this three times and they have ignored each one of the emails. They also showed me this complete lack of customer care when I first ordered the bike from them. Don't get me wrong it's a lovely bike, but if don't want to deal directly with your customers then stop selling to them directly. I'm glad to hear (in a way) that this level of customer care hasn't been saved just for me! Seriously Orro, buck up your ideas, you would be nothing without customers and equally do the honest thing and admit to me your quality control procedure also failed in regard to my bike build.
