ho ordinato e pagato 3 panettoni. Dopo 9 giorni di attesa ho contattato il commerciante per avere notizie sulla consegna. Mi hanno risposto che il prodotto non era disponibile e rimborsato. Avrebbero dovuto avvertire subito e non aspettare che li sollecitassi.
E comunque sul sito i panettoni sono ancora disponibili...neanche si curano di aggiornarlo..
inaffidabili e fanno perdere tempo
Uno dei tre prodotti non era coerente all'immagine e alla descrizione del sito. Mi aspettavo un cesto con panettone e altri prodotti e invece è arrivato un cartone con solo panettone.
Inoltre, spedizione, comunicazione e interfaccia pessima.
Quest'anno per la nostra azienda ed i nostri cari clienti ci siamo affidati ad Oselladore e devo ammettere che abbiamo fatto benissimo! Grande scelta di cesti natalizi (strenne) di tutte le qualità a prezzi direi molto competitivi. La gestione dell'ordine è stata impeccabile dall'inizio fino alla consegna dei pacchi, personale molto disponibile sia nel consigliarti che nella gestione di eventuali imprevisti. La famiglia Oselladore si distingue sul mercato ormai da anni... persone cordiali, esperte e di fiducia. Una garanzia! Grazie!
