Ordered tap on Tuesday afternoon arrived Wednesday but had a fault due to transit. They sent another one immediately which arrived Thursday and I simply need to send the damaged one back via the post office with the prepaid postage. Great service. I would get them to check the transit packaging though as the tap is slightly proud of the box and foam protection so can see why it was damaged in transit.

i bought the water filter that uses 10 inch cartridges in 2017. It is without doubt the worst purchase I have ever made.

Less than 3 years later it has broken. Which was inevitable because the force that had to be applied to achieve a water tight seal on the filters is too much for poor engineering to withstand. And too much for a fit adult make to apply without huge effort.

The design specifications are clear that their filters You need to read the precise technical specifications to appreciate that thjese products are not fit for connection to UK water supplies.

Do not buy any product from this company

My questions were answered, the products required they had in stock were reasonably priced and quickly delivered FoC. 10/10 from me.

Bought a few weeks ago. Really happy with product and service. Nothing to not like and so easy to set up. Lovely not having to boil the kettle and great if you have a baby.

I had occasion to contact them about changning my 3 year filter to a different make but using the same attachments and they were very helpful in offering alternatives that saved me money over the previous make which fitted fine. I have used this company before and I have nothing bad to say about them.

Little black clips on the push fit connections were very fiddly and not necessary but overall the installation was easy and the resulting water excellent

Though its early days in my purchase, I want to state that the pre-sales support from Mark and Ksenija was exemplary and post sales (now they have my money) is of equal quality.

The unit I purchased (Osmio zero installation) is of high quality, easy to install and easy to use and though I would have preferred a larger container than 5 litres I recognise that the small footprint is perfectly sized for my small kitchen. I've yet to replace the filters (six months is a way off) but expect it'll be as easy as pie.

Do yourself a favour, bin the Brita and invest in your health with an Osmio zero.

Fantastic Company. Received the exact water filters I had ordered - but got over £100 refund from original payment. Sent from UK -rather than go to the USA, to be sent back at double the price. Excellent polite staff. Such good service I ordered more :-)

So so pleased with our zero reverse osmosis system. Wished I’d bought one sooner. I now have lovely clean fresh tasting water, far better than any including ALL bottled water, and it saves using plastic. We do not have to have a kettle and a coffee pod machine on our work surface as his does all that both of those did and more. Plus it looks so neat. We only pay for the electric and wate that we use p, so another plus. My husband is delighted as the coffee pod machine never gave him his coffee hot enough so he used to put it in the microwave. This machine gives him 100% boiling water. Perfect

I have been using the Osmio Water Bottle for a couple of months and have noticed a marked improvement in my wellbeing. I suffer severe pepsin issues and contracted leukoplakia (precancerous cells of my vocal chords). In the space of 10 weeks, the hospital scans on my chords have evidenced a dramatic improvement in my condition which no one can explain. Although I have changed my diet to an alkaline one I do think that the hydrogen water, which I have been meticulously using, has contributed massively to this. Not only is it easy to use, it has encouraged me to increase my fluid levels, tastes better and despite my dietary changes (specifically cutting out all acid including my 20 cups of coffee a day) I am still full of energy.
I am convinced that this easy lifestyle change of drinking the hydrogen rich water has rejuvenated me.

Excellent service, the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff. They took the time to explain their products and service to match my needs and was very patient with all my questions. Water reminds me of when I was a child and I drank from a natural spring in the Caribbean. Products are also very reasonably priced. I recommend Osmio Water to my friends and family.

I bought a 6-filter reverse osmosis system two years ago and I'm very happy with it. I had a problem with my tank after installation and the Osmio engineer turned up and sorted it out quickly so very good support. Im now thinking about installing a filter in my shower to stop limescale build up.

Great company with a great products and customer service. Mark has a massive knowledge about the product he sells.
Delivery is quick and the parcels are sealed properly. Recommended.
