Bought two life vests, well priced. Excellent fit and quality, fast delivery.

Worst customer service !! I placed and paid for my order but didn't receive the delivery. I requested a refund on July 28th and haven't received the money back yet to this date. This company can NOT be trusted.

They have had my money for over a month now and ignor emails ,when I do get a reply ut seems random and automated, absolutely disgusting service, avoid, if anything goes wrong you will never see the money, better customer service from a Sunday market .

Brilliant product, just what I wanted and also really helpful when I thought I'd used my old credit card. (I hadn't). And phew because the shorty is Fab.

I returned an item as it was too small. Emailed twice regarding refund and a phone call. Over a month now and still no refund!!

High quality wetsuit, well designed and represented exceptional good value. Quickly dispatched in time for my holiday. Would definitely buy again but I have a feeling my wetsuit will last a good while yet!

Fantastic wet shoes. Dried out so quickly after our kayaking trip and absolutely no slip.

Purchased a wetsuit on their website. Sizing is terribly inaccurate and I couldn’t even get my very narrow foot through the foot opening. Very uncomfortable. Furthermore I have been trying to return the wetsuit for over 10 days. Their returns label did not work so I’ve emailed and phoned multiple times( been on hold for over 20 mins each time and cannot wait). Still to reply. Terrible customer service. I will not be purchasing from here again

i am medium build in all clothing,
but your medium buoyancy aid looked child size on me.

This wetsuit was purchased for my son to use on his Gold DofE sea kayak expedition. It’s staggeringly badly sewn. It’s formed holes in 3 places over 5 days, all at the seams. I don’t know what to do as I thought Osprey was a good brand. We measured him according to the size guide to make sure we were getting an accurate fit.

Although I was happy with the service and found it's was authentically helpful.. The response time was very slow

The clip for the stomach area broke after 2 uses.
I went for a better brand as I thought I wouldn’t be spending more money replacing the dog life jackets after a couple of uses like you do with the cheap ones however as my dog was in the water I noticed the clip kept coming loose I thought this was a user error until I discovered that the thin plastic at the top of the clip had snapped causing the clip to bend when clipped in and slip out making the life jacket unsafe for my dog, as we was paddle boarding this could have been very dangerous if I hadn’t of noticed and he had been in deep water

Great buoyancy aid, fit well, light weight and comfortable - delivery took a little longer than expected. I would buy again

This seller is an absolute joke. Goods were returned on 13 June. We are still waiting for a refund at the end of July after calling and emailing them a number of times. Absolutely terrible customer service and awful experience.
