Ordered 2x 4 seater sofas, 2 x leather chairs and one footstool. Had an issue with the courier, and Matthew at Oswald & Pablo contacted me and sorted out the issue. He went above and beyond and provided fantastic customer service. Thanks Matthew :)

I bought what I thought was a beautiful suite of chair, footstools and a Chesterfield sofa from Oswald & Pablo, even paying extra for the cushions which were very well made.

Within just a few months the sofa seat had sunk so badly it became impossible to sit on comfortably. I contacted the company, explained the issue and even suggested ways it could be resolved. Their reply was simply that there was nothing they could do.

For an investment of over £4 k this is shocking. I’ve been left with an unusable sofa and appalling customer service. Please think very carefully before buying from this company.

Brilliant service from Carly start to finish thanks! We have their new Barrel chair which is a beautiful Chesterfield in a navy velvet finish with dark legs/finishings. Absolutely love it and so comfortable. Would highly recommend them.

We’d been fantasising about buying this sofa for probably 3-4 years. Our old (3rd hand?) sofa finally gave out and we decided to spend the money…

We’re so so so delighted with this sofa (Cambourne, 3 seater, chesterfield, patchwork design). It’s just perfect for the room, looks absolutely fantastic, and clearly very very well made.

We shall be buying the wing chairs next (wish we’d bought them at the same time, now!) And we shall most definitely be recommending Oswald & Pablo to everyone we know!

The only thing I’ll add here is to make sure you check the dimensions exactly. We have a small house and I’m so glad we checked - it was very tight! The courier company was very good and took care.

Firstly, and most importantly, the product is amazing. This fact over shadows any other minor constructive comments. Carly was communicative, professional, and polite. Timings were a little off (I think a week out, but this is minor). A little more communication would make this experience great. The thing that really let the whole experience down was the delivery. The website says delivery to a room of your choice and packaging removal. The delivery men said that there were no notes. Said that the room to be delivered to could not be delivered to as the item was too big. I suggested we unpack it and then it would easily fit. They refused. They refused to unpack or allow me to remove the packaging for them to take away. They claimed packaging removal was not part of the service and delivering to the right room was not part of the service. Really rushed, bordering on rude. When I said to leave it in the entrance hall and I’ll do the rest they got on the phone to head office and refused to leave. All rather shambolic. BUT the chair and foot stool are nothing short of AMAZING. Would recommend as the product outweighs all the other bits.

This company makes beautiful handmade sofas using the best quality tweed/fabric. We are absolutely over the moon with our sofas and footstool, they are just what we wanted, something different and more in keeping with their surroundings. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them.

Dorset 1 Seater Chesterfield Chair. Whilst I waited a little longer for delivery of my chair it was well worth the wait. Carly kept me up to-date through out the process. The chair is a statement piece for my sitting room and its absolutely stunning. Beautifully made. I am thrilled with it.

Our 6th sofa ordered from Oswald & Pablo over the past 7 years. Excellent communication and service. The sofas really last the test of time and the first one we purchased 7 years ago (we own a chain of boutiques) looks as good now as the day it was delivered.

Beautiful furniture and great support when ordering

Had a great experience, Carly was super when we placed the order on the phone, very informative. We have some logistics issues with where we live but Carly worked with the delivery company to ensure they transported our furniture in a suitable sized van. Very pleased with the items (sofa, chair and footstool), would definitely recommend

After buying a "normal" couch with high ratings from Daals (cost around £800), I couldnt have been more dissapointed when it arrived, uncomfortable, bland and really was nothing like shown in the photos on Daals. I then started looking for alternative sofa's (which is a minefield btw) and fell upon Oswald & Pablo. I never imagined i would own a Chesterfield suite and didnt even know what that meant but I knew instantly when i saw the patchwork sofa and winged armchair that these were the ones!

Needless to say after some really great customer service and seamless delivery, we are now the proud owners of really the best next level quality UK hand made furniture. (Just need to keep the dogs off it now somehow!)

I was lucky enough to win a wing back chair and footstool, which arrived yesterday and I am delighted. The quality is excellent, the colour is sumptuous. The chair is so comfortable. Highly reccommend!
