A superb quality sofa with firm cushions and gorgeous fabric. Well finished chesterfield sofa with attention to detail and matching scatter cushions. Prompt and courteous responses to my queries both on phone and email and very pleasant delivery drivers who respected my home, placed the sofa in position and disposed of all packaging. Much appreciated Oswald and Pablo!

The one and only place to go, had ours nearly 5 years. Not a mark on it. 5 grandkids and 5 dogs. All the cushions are as high as the day it was delivered.
I highly recommend this company. We are in Sunderland so made an appointment and went to meet them all in person.

Found Oswald and Pablo purely by chance of Facebook. I contacted them on their and made arrangements to visit their factory in Bury. We met Carly on that morning who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She showed us around all the different options that was ilable for us. We made our choices on leather and fabric to suit what we wanted. The estimated delivery time was between 6 and 8 weeks. Invoice was sent as we left the factory for me to be able to pay when i arrived home. It was exactly 6 weeks when I was contacted to sort a suitable delivery day. The courier they used was careful and unpacked everything in our room. Great care was taken on unwrapping so as to avoid any mishaps. All rubbish was taken away as promised. An extra cushion was ordered for my mum as she found the chair a bit too low. Nothing was too much trouble for Carly to sort out for us.
Would definitely recommend Oswald & Pablo to anyone wanting a bed-pie settee

Just received my sofa. Quality is amazing. I should no as previously I worked for a sofa company. I highly recommend to buy from oswald & Pablo. And got to mention the two delivery drivers .they had too take my back door off. To get my sofa in the house. More than helpful.

The fact this is a family run business making fantastic furniture is perfection in my opinion. I will be shopping with them again.

We bought our order from ideal homes. The sales director Ian was so lovely to deal with. We asked for certain material different from what was on show and nothing was a problem. We were absolutely delighted when our 2 chesterfield sofas, chair and stool arrived, not to mention my visitors who were so impressed with design and colour. The whole team at Oswald and Pablo were professional and very friendly. We will think very kindly of them for a very long time as they’ve given us special comforts. Would certainly recommend

Terrible customer service!!

The item that I ordered back in May will now be delivered 13 weeks later!

Originally told 6-8 week turnaround, is the reason we went with this company as we were having our 2nd baby on 12th August so would have it in plenty of time.

I understand there can be delays but I had no contact from the company! I had to chase via emails to get a response to say ‘issue with fabric’.

I was then told they could deliver on what would be a couple of days after our baby arrived which I said wasn’t convenient, to which the response was for me to let them know when was a suitable date. I stated that the week of Monday 19th August would be suitable, to which I had no response yet again! I emailed AGAIN asking what day this week my item would finally be delivered to be told the factory is ‘shut down’ this week and will now be delivering on the 28th August….Almost 13 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING!!!

**UPDATE**
Item finally arrived yesterday. Happy with the product but was surprised that there was no wrapping or protection on such an expensive item….delivery guys were great and persistent as struggled to get the seat through our entrance hall.
Partial refund given as ‘good will gesture’ for all the issues

The service we received from start to finish was amazing, Carly went above and beyond to help us place the order for the sofa's, the delivery was very prompt and I can not praise the delivery guys enough, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The quality of our new sofas is outstanding and they look brilliant in their new home. highly recommend this company.

The chair turned up sooner than anticipated and it finishes off the office space looking down Fleet Street to St Paul's perfectly - I don't want to write more as the picture does it all...

Had a lovely patchwork sofa delivered last week and it looks perfect in our summer house. Great communication re delivery and a week earlier than expected. The delivery guys were super even taking a fence panel out to access the house without obstacles.

I've been looking at these chesterfields for quite a while online to finish off the lounge in our newly renovated £2.5m house on the Hampshire South coast. I went to grand designs expo to not only see the sofa range in person but to look at a new £70k swimming pool. Unbelievably I was actually told by a very rude sales man to get off the sofa I was trying out for comfort that there were others round the corner I could sit on if I wanted to take the weight of my feet. Apparently he's been in the business a long time and knows a time waster when he sees one. How rude. I would never buy anything from this company. I did purchase the pool, build to commence later this year and a spontaneous purchase of garden furniture. I got the train back to Haslemere where I'd left my new Aston DBX and headed to my beautiful home. Good luck with the business but you won't be getting any sales from me! AVOID!!

Really happy with our sofa. This company delivers what they say, when they say. I would definitely recommend their fabulous products and service.

Shockingly disgusting service. The owner was horrendous, swore for no reason and a nightmare to deal with.
If that's what he's like when trying to sell, can't imagine what the company would be like if you have a problem.
Avoid like the plague. Plenty of other amazing retailers and better quality furniture available.

Yes I did receive your email and now you are being much nicer because of this genuine review and trying to discredit it because I decided to share my experience. If you don't remember being this awful to us then I can only assume it is common!
