No Refund, Terrible Customer Service, Avoid.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong product but cancelled the order before it was shipped. Despite this, OTB sent the order anyway.
As OTB advertises a refund policy on its website, I assumed I could simply return the unopened product. Instead, I had to repeatedly push them to provide a return shipping label, as they initially expected me to pay for the return despite having ignored my cancellation request.
I returned the product unopened and in perfect condition and received an email confirming that my refund would be processed within 10 days. That timeframe has now passed, and I still have not received my full refund. To make matters worse, OTB has attempted to refund only a portion of what I originally paid.
I am now being forced to file a chargeback with my bank and provide evidence of the cancellation, return, and correspondence just to recover my money.
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, particularly as a disabled customer who should not have to go through this much hassle because a company failed to honour a cancellation and subsequently failed to issue the promised refund.
Based on my experience, the customer service has been appalling, and I will never purchase from OTB again. I strongly recommend that others think carefully before ordering from this company. I certainly wish I had.
Avoid.

As your order was placed with a next-day delivery service, once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can be extremely difficult for us to intercept or recall it while it is in transit. As outlined in our correspondence with you, we did provide a complimentary return shipping label to assist with returning the order to us.
We can also confirm that you have been issued a full refund for your order. Depending on your payment provider, please allow some time for the funds to be reflected back onto your original payment method.
