Made an order on receipt there was a slight issue. However I must say I was overly impressed with the customer service. Such a prompt satisfactory resolution without the need of making a suggestion.

Charge for returns
Charge you for returning items (one of the items I ordered didn't fit), claim it's to be more eco conscious to avoid clothes ending up in landfill.
I cancelled my account straight away and will never order from them again.
Returns process is a bit complicated too

Sporadic deliveries and customer service
This company use Evri to deliver so parcels don't always arrive however they do fix this issue well. However I had to return a pair of damaged sandals, which I did at the end of May. When I had to chase the refund (they had already confirmed they had received the return) they have insisted they had already refunded me in February! But this was for a pair of the same sandals in a smaller size that I had sent back previously! I did say what kind of company would refund an item in February that they hadn't received until June but they have refused to either refund me or send the damaged sandals back! So now I have no sandals or no refund! Yes there are great bargains on this site but the customer service is very sporadic and sometimes appalling so you take your chances.
