Can't fault customer service; however, the product itself is not fit for purpose. I'm referring to the cord which loops through the holes in the case so the phone can be worn like a bag (for ease, safety etc. ). The first time I used it one of the ends fell off and I almost lost my phone. I complained and the cord was v replaced, but this time the whole cord slipped out of the hole even with the end still in. This is a flawed design which doesn't work.

Kickstand broke for the second time, this after only 3 months usage. Flimsy kickstand mechanism, flex & distortion means stand jams easily and eventually breaks.

Note: this second iteration of breakage is after completing a warranty replacement for a similar kickstand failure, at a cost of approx $13 for shipping. I did not sign up for a $52/yr recurring iPad case subscription.

I bought a phone case at Best Buy the case cracked I filled out a warranty form paid the 12.00 shipping fee and rectangle new case in 4 days

One of the covers was for the s22 with bith covers ordered were for s22+

Pay $100 for a case and when you try to warranty it, they cancel and claim that the case isn’t an otterbox case. Seems like they’re not honouring their warranties anymore. I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Every piece of electronic gear I’ve owned in recent history has been protected by an OtterBox. My daughter dropped one of our iPads after owning it for two hours and destroyed it. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty and we had it replaced. I immediately put it in an OtterBox. She dropped it so many times after that and it never failed.
Most recently, my OtterBox defender for my iPhone 16 had cracked in the back and the holster clip broke. I went online submitted a warranty claim submitted pictures and in three days they replaced both the case and the holster. You can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Very easy and simple process delivered before proposed time

every otterbox i had lasted to the end. last one lasted 3 years with no damage to the phone. when i took the rubber off the case fell apart in many pieces but the phone was unharmed. even in pieces it held together to the point i never knew it was busted until the rubber cover came off

Always the case I buy for my phone. I drop my phone all of the time and I never have to worry about a cracked screen or my case getting scratched.

I have had an OtterBox since the first iPhone came out! I love the look and how it holds up to the standards and quality of the brand. My phone will never be in a different case, as long as OtterBox stays in business!

I have no problem wearing it clipped to the waist because it’s better than sitting on it.

Love Otterbox and their warranty.Also the feeling of your phone being protected..will never buy any other brand

Super easy to process warranty claim. Had my warranty replacement to 99501 in about 5/6 days.

The case was great!! The only problem is it doesn’t work well with my husband’s profession. He needs a fully covered phone case.
