My optometrist wrote the wrong rx so I needed to get my lenses replaced. Ottica charged me for a replacement set of lenses which I would then have to get installed.
My lenses were stuck in customs for 3 weeks, and the support provided was lacking. They did not follow up proactively and often I went for up to a week without a reply, and when one was given, it contained no useful information.
Shortly after writing this originally 2 star review, the replacement lenses were released from customs (probably a coincidence tbh).
This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, but I am giving 3 stars because the customs issue is partially out of their control, and eventually I ended up with what I needed at a price that was unbeatable.

Good site for sunglasses but lacks measurements
Good site for sunglasses. Lots of selection. However, they need to put the measurements of the sunglasses so customers can get a better idea of their size. I ordered a pair and they were way too small, but had I known the size I wouldn't have ordered them and then end up returning them.
Customer service was great for the return, but disappointed I had to return the glasses at my expense since they were too small and the site did not have measurements listed.

Happy with my order!
I was hesitant due to mixed reviews, however I am happy to share that I personally had a fantastic experience shopping with Otticanet. They had a style that I had been looking for (sold out everywhere else) at a reasonable price. They were delayed by a few days and their customer service proactively communicated updates. Poor service!
Ordered a pair of glasses in mid December. I was immediately informed that they were out of stock and would need to wait 35 working days.
Approaching April and still no sign of the glasses. Nobody ever contacted me - I had to chase all the time time - really disappointing! I would not recommend!
