I have $2,330 stuck for 32 days, after my account received a 30-day risk control warning. After the 30-day period, Ourbit said my account failed the risk control and now I have no date for the release of the money.

My account was restricted without prior notice. The Ourbit platform withheld part of my funds without a clear explanation, and also blocked withdrawals and trading. I request an immediate clarification regarding the reason for the fund retention, the exact amount withheld/removed, and the estimated time for resolving this issue. I am available for any additional verification if necessary.

I never expected to go through something like this after actively trading on Ourbit for such a long time. My account was suddenly placed under a 180 day risk control review, and support has provided almost no meaningful explanation or estimated resolution date.

I fully understand the importance of compliance and security checks, and I’ve been completely willing to cooperate with any verification requested. What is extremely frustrating is the lack of transparency and the excessive review timeframe.

180 days is not a small inconvenience for traders, this can seriously impact finances and personal life. These were funds I worked very hard to build through trading, including some of my biggest profits made directly on the platform.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m simply asking for a fair review process, proper communication, and a reasonable resolution timeframe.

I truly hope Ourbit improves its support transparency and handles cases like this with more clarity and empathy in the future.

I met an online contact in a finance group who brought up this platform as an investment option. I felt quite skeptical initially, so I just waited a few weeks to think it over. Later, I followed their basic instructions and deposited some initial money. Everything looked fairly normal at first on the screen. After that, I decided to put in a little more cash. At that point, the system suddenly locked my dashboard. They required a verification fee to proceed. The exact amount was €39,215. I hesitated for days, checking my bank balance, before transferring the funds. Then, I started looking for more information online. While browsing, I came across another version of the exact same platform. I compared the two sites carefully and noticed clear differences in the menus and layout. It became obvious the one I used was a complete scam. Reported the situation to the local police with no result after some time. Made a formal complaint to 'Advocacy INT' regarding the matter. The authorities investigated and tracked the transactions involving me and the platform case resulting in the recovery of all the initial deposits including benefits.

I deposited 45,000 USDT into the Ourbit exchange and then lost 4,000 USDT. When I tried to withdraw my remaining 41,000 USDT, they blocked my funds. My money has been blocked for 10 months. I've used all crypto exchanges, and this is the worst. UID:20248186

I strongly advise against using Ourbit. The platform operates in a manipulative way: when you lose money, it is your problem. But when you make a profit, they block your account and prevent you from withdrawing anything.
In my case, they removed my funds without any prior notice, calling it an "automated rollback of abnormal transactions." When I contacted support, the agent explicitly told me my funds were "safe" and I should not worry — this was a lie, the rollback had already happened.
They then imposed a 180-day account review, providing zero updates and only copy-paste responses. After 180 days my account was restored — but my money was never returned. They refused to provide any transaction IDs, specific explanation, or legal basis for their actions.

I would like to share my experience to warn others about using Ourbit.

My account (UID: 87173809) was suddenly frozen without any prior notice. I currently have 36,789 USD remaining in the system, and I am unable to withdraw or access my funds.

Customer support informed me that I need to wait 90 days for the “risk control system” review process to be completed. However, there has been no clear explanation regarding the specific issue or guarantee that my funds will be released after this period.

This situation has caused serious concern and uncertainty about whether I will recover my money.

Please exercise extreme caution when using this platform, especially if you plan to deposit a significant amount of funds.

ourbit's speed is a bit slow, it needs to be updated, but overall I am satisfied and use this exchange.

Positive reasons:

2_It has very high leverage, even up to 500x in some currencies!
3_It has various campaigns both on the site and in cyberspace!
4_It has Telegram, Twitter, and ... Persian for Iranians and Persian speakers!
5_The USDT withdrawal code is sent to Telecommunications and the account login code is sent to the individual's Telegram or Telecommunications!
But the negative reasons for the exchange, for which I am deducting 2 stars:
