Not bad overall. The platform is relatively easy to use and the interface is simple. Deposits and trading work fine most of the time. However, customer support could be faster and more responsive. Also, fees are not very clear and sometimes transactions take longer than expected. It’s an average exchange — okay for basic use, but there is still room for improvement.

I had an overall positive experience using the services of this company. The ordering and service process was simple and understandable, and the support was responsive in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the speed of work and the quality of service provided, and it is a good value for the money paid.

The only thing that I think could be improved is that the verification code or number was sent to me via Telegram and not to Iran Telecom (regular SMS). This may be a problem for people who do not have Telegram or have limited access to it. If the ability to send direct SMS is also provided, the user experience will be more complete.

Overall, I had a good experience, and if this issue is also resolved, it could be completely perfect.

I am reporting serious concerns about the cryptocurrency exchange Ourbit (ourbit.com). Over several months of use, I have experienced lack of transparency, misleading reward mechanics, and failure to credit bonuses that were clearly advertised on the platform.
Despite completing registration and verification steps many months ago, I have not received promised bonuses and have repeatedly been given vague responses from support that are not justified or backed by meaningful explanation. Additionally, their “Lucky Wheel” reward mechanism appears misleading — outcomes are inconsistent with any fair or transparent probability system, suggesting that advertised prizes are not accessible under normal conditions.
Furthermore, users report account freezes, blocked withdrawals, and poor support responses. Public reviews on platforms like Trustpilot show widespread complaints about blocked funds, lack of clarity, and unresolved issues from multiple users. �

I believe these practices indicate a lack of transparency, unfair user treatment, and possible misrepresentation of services which could harm users financially and undermine trust in the platform.
I request that this be investigated thoroughly by relevant authorities, and that appropriate action be taken if any misconduct is confirmed.

If I can give zero star, then I would. I am an ex employee here. I would firsthand say stay away from Ourbit. As even though I tried, they let me go. But I will share the full story here.
Here is why
1) I don’t get any support of upfront when the other employees do.
2) communication between leaders are very slow (usually replies after a week)
And I remember the other employees didn’t reach the “standard” and the other employees event said they got a lot of upfront when none of mine were approved.
The leader even said one month “everyone take it easy as the market isn’t that good” and they were also sorting through a bad publicity situation. But even if he said that I was still hustling and other colleagues volume also dropped tremendously.
What disappointed me the most I was offered encouragement from HR beginning month to get volume (on the second month) or I wouldn’t get paid. A week later she gave me another reminder but I was already onboarding partners without adding cost to the exchange.
And a week later (yesterday) I was given a notice not only they will not pay me but they also will “start” the resignation. After that I was still hustling until 3AM due to this and my manager informed me to call him when I wake up.
But what happened when I wake up at 7AM? My company messaging app (Lark) was deactivated and before I went to bed, the HR also told me the account should still be active until the weekend. So if this is how they treat their employees. How do you think they treat outsiders.
I should also say this is the first company that I have worked that doesn't understand time is money. Usually if they let you go, they will prorate the days you worked. If this is how they treat their employees, then I wonder how they treat their partners.

My withdrawal was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation or violation notice.

I was told to wait for 30 working days without being informed of what specific issue is under review.

I am willing to provide any additional documentation if needed. However, I believe every user deserves transparency and fair access to their own funds.

The worst exchange I have ever dealt with, they give risk control and block your funds for each trade they consider unprofitable for themselves.
Avoid this garbage as much as possible if you want to save your money.
I had a full KYC, they gave me a block for the first trade and immediately risk control for 30 days, then they removed it and for ANOTHER new Trade they gave risk control for 90 days

On April 22nd, my account on the Ourbit exchange was suddenly blocked for 90 days without any warning or explanation. I have over $15,000 locked in my account, and despite multiple attempts to get clarity, I was told nothing except to "wait patiently."

Support refuses to give any reason for the ban, citing "internal rules" they cannot disclose. This is unacceptable – I did not violate any terms as far as I know, yet I'm being punished with no due process.

After days of back-and-forth, support started copy-pasting the same message repeatedly. Eventually, I was met with an auto-responder that blocks any real communication. Even legal letters sent by my attorney were completely ignored.

I have since discovered that at least 20 other users are in a similar situation. This feels like a systematic abuse of user funds, with no transparency, no accountability, and no customer service.

Avoid Ourbit at all costs. This platform is unreliable and unsafe. Your funds can be frozen at any moment, and there is no help if that happens.

So far it is ok, trading and withdrawing.

Really bad cex, i bought a token at 1.74 and got mev boted to 1.87 jajaja after that the chart on dex went up to 1.9 and the ourbit chart went down to 1.76 their system is made up for their users to loose money trading, they earn from that showing fake numbers on their charts. Limit orders move the chart so you cant exit 100% never always loose.
