Appalling - the t-shirt took 6 weeks to arrive and was very little like what was advertised. Huge, shapeless, vile bright orange mustard colour, poor quality fabric, puckered seams and a wonky design. Despite their pro-environment statements etc, the t-shirts also come all the way from China...
Despite several attempts to obtain a refund, Our Earth Project are persistently ignoring me. This, and the plethora of other awful reviews on this website has led me to report them to Trading Standards, Watchdog and Facebook and I urge you to do the same.

Very poor. Avoid. As with previous reviews (I wish I'd read before ordering) a product that starts in Bangladesh as a plain Gildan T-Shirt, is shipped to China then shipped to the UK. How does that help us to "come together and take care of our only planet"?

The t-shirt is also nothing like as advertised on the website, cheap cotton t-shirt, not the stylish fitted one in the photographs.

Update 17th June. No reply from Our Earth Project despite responding to their request AND sending two emails. Their customer service is seemingly as poor as their products

Ordered the Yellow Let It Bee T-Shirt in mid March. Still not received it, communication with company told me not to use Chargeback as they were a small company, said it was a Royal Mail issue, that they’d been in contact with RM and it was stuck in their distribution centre. Royal Mail said it hadn’t even left China. Now to that point, products aren’t in stock, they are distributed straight out of China! I’d have never ordered if I’d known. Now reading others reviews it looks like the T-Shirt isn’t as described, very poor quality. I battled on and have now received a full refund via PayPal resolutions, go down that route if that’s how you paid or go for Chargeback. You’ll get your money back.

Horrible bright yellow oversized T-shirt. Looks cheap and I would be embarrassed to wear it out of the house. Nothing like the photo on the advert, either in colour or shape. Took 8 weeks to arrive from China. Very disappointed that I have wasted my money on this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM. Product not as described. Poor communication. All cheap rubbish from China.

Saw this company on Facebook and liked the designs shown. Ordered the bee T-shirt. It took a while to arrive, because of the current Covid-19 situation - which is understandable. The quality of the fabric and the fit are great. I would highly recommend the company and the product. Will take another look at their site and will no doubt order another one, or two. I wish I had read these reviews first too. I thought I was helping save bees by ordering the t shirt which took ages to arrive, is a quite different shade from the picture and has got a poor quality transfer of a bee on it. Feel I've been misled.

They make out they are a UK seller but it’s just Chinese tat. Ordered the let it bee t-shirt from the image on the website which was a nice mustard and it’s actually day glo yellow. Took 6 weeks to arrive , don’t waste your money - going straight into the box to make dusters from.

Edit. If you have got nothing to hide why delete the photos of the actual tshirt you get and block me from commenting on your Facebook page ! Speaks volumes !

Waited 2 months for the Let it Bee t shirt. Really cheap quality. The mustard is in fact a yellow colour which again makes it cheap. Customer service is poor. They let you believe they are a UK company but my tracking showed the parcel is still at the docks. They've ignored my latest chaser emails. Avoid this company.

After placing an order for a T Shirt back in March, I finally received it last week and I have to say, the wait was totally not worth it. I was severely underwhelmed by the product. The T-shirt colour is bright yellow as opposed to the mustard tones that are shown on the website.

The print quality of the ‘Let it bee’ is also akin to lower quality t-shirts or ones that you might do at home yourself.

In addition, on the website, the sleeves are folded, the T shirt that came to me did not have folded sleeves.

Also, it looks like a longer T-shirt on the website than what has arrived. It is more of a boxy short length T-shirt rather than the longer length ones that your website shows.

All in all, I was beyond disappointed and would like to tell people to avoid this company. Hopefully I get my refund and they don't ask me to send the T shirt back to China.

Definitely not worth the price paid, and that was supposed to be on sale! Mediocre quality, short and wide, cheap plastic appliqué. Took two months to get to me... posted from China while all the while making out they are a UK company. They also gave me different conflicting information every time I queried the delivery, and a huge sob story about how things are difficult. I definitely would not recommend them.

Ordered my bee t shirton 18 april said it was shipped on 19 but not received yet wish I had read this reviews first terrible company and very misleading do not order from this company if you want something delivered before 3 months

Received my T-shirt today after ordering it in March!! It is the cheapest looking thing I have ever seen, it is nothing at all like the picture, I could have bought something similar from a market stall and it would have looked better than what I received!!! It certainly isn’t worth £17.99 nor the apparent original price of £34.99, total bad buy and would definitely not buy again.

Absolute scammers - beware. Tshirt arrived after about 8 weeks and it is an extremely cheap t-shirt that cost £17.99 reduced from £34.99. Could have bought similar for £2 or £3. It also is a completely different colour from the one on the website.

I've received my delayed order today and although the order itself was slightly delayed I am extremely happy with the quality of my product.
I am also very happy to submit this positive review.

I purchased a tshirt on the 2and April and still haven't received it (30th May). There's no reference to the tshirt being shipped from China until after you purchase. Even given the shipping distance I should have received this weeks ago according to their shipping estimate. The company are no use at all when you email for help, it's clear once they have your money you dont care. I've had different people on different dates tell me my tshirt is in the same place, one or both of them clearly lying. I would never use this company again and would urge everyone to avoid them. They are using the 'earth project' idea as a front to rip people off.

Ordered in March. Still no sign of item. They say to wait longer due to CoVid19...9 weeks is excessive even during these times. All other orders I’ve placed with other companies has been a maximum of 2 weeks. Really poor service.

The t shirt received was nothing like the one shown on the website.
The one shown on their site is a nice long shape with a gentle neckline and soft folding fabric. The one I received was a harsh pillar box red in a cheap poor quality fabric, with a boxy shape and a standard basic t shirt neckline. I ordered a medium and was sent a small. To top it all, although I did eventually get a refund, it took me many emails and they did not refund the return postage cost!
Avoid

DO NOT ORDER!! I placed an order on 2/4/20 and still have no goods! They are refusing to refund me because they said “ I should eventually receive my order” I am still badgering them for a full refund but as yet to no avail!!

Ordered a t-shirt on April 11th, received it after 9 weeks of waiting. I wasn't even expecting it anymore. They said "delays are due coronavirus outbreak" but, seriously? 9 weeks?! This is beyond resonable. After all complaints and negative comments I left on their social media, they blocked me and deleted them all. I mean, what kind of company does that? Avoid them at any cost!!!
