I recently signed back up to Ourtime after a few months break. For some reason I was only seeing females and I am a heterosexual woman. I spent about an hour trying to change this, but was unable to do so. I am no tech whiz but this should have been a straight forward thing… right? Despite googling, YouTubing etc, I was totally bamboozled and eventually decided to delete my account. I just hope I’m not gonna be charged 🫩

As a woman using this site, I had a mixed experience...
My main problem was never been able to log on for days at a time - site saying not available.
I wrongly presumed this is because I hadn't signed up financially. I was offered a bonus month and paid but nothing improved. I did meet up with a couple of very pleasant men.
But there were a lot of time wasters on there, this is my one and only experience of online dating. I get the impression that that's quite normal.

Load of rubbish. Registered and logged in a few times. Was then on the verge of subscribing but thought it best to wait, and glad I did!
I can't even log in now, almost like somebody has deleted my account! haha
Their website functionality sucks anyway.

It’s a good site but subscription all the time and bonus’s let’s it down

The whole site is just a joke, all they care about is selling you things that they promise will help you but in fact they do nothing, hardly anyone has been online in the last month, I suspect the only ones who have been online are mostly staff trying to make relevant engagement to make it seem busy.

This site asked me to comment on the site, so I did, nothing to negative, but said it was rather pricey to see the same faces year after year, and not enough new people to warrant the price of a month. And guess what guys, the next thing was me being blocked from my own profile, couldn't even log in as they shut me down. But they asked me to comment so they could better the site, and then they block you. How very very sad this site is. Stay well clear people, you have been warned.

On it only 2 days and decided it wasn't for me. So I tried to delete all my data. But to my surprise it wouldn't delete my first picture.
And found there were just a fare amount of old men just wanted flirts etc(definitely not for me )
Not real relationships. I'm still trying to get my picture off it . I'm now concerned some uses my last picture under false pretences. Be care full.

Ourtime and match.com are linked + possibly with other sites. Information leaks out to scammers, fake profiles, Eastern Europe contacts from miles away, different to criteria’s set. It is incredibly expensive as far as dating sites go . AVOID OURTIME AND MATCH IF YOU CAN . YOU WILL NOT GET VALUE FOR MONEY

This site is just a scamming bag collection ting money from subscribers but having no responsibility for providing services paid for. My subscription was suspended in the middle of the paid term without any explanation. Customer service does not exist, no number, an email is fake, nobody response on customer complains. Despite that service is not provided money are not refundable and you details and photos remain on site. Breach of personal data and financial fraud ! AVOID!

Created a profile and deleted it within 5 minutes. Then I began receiving notifications, indicating that my profile is STILL active! I emailed them days ago and STILL no response and still getting notifications so will probably have to make a data protection complaint some time soon. Don’t sign up unless you don’t want control of your own information without a fight to regain it!

Really weird site,lots of scammers.
I question if a lot of the people on the site are genuine people.
I’ve only been on the site four days and already I’ve encountered two scammers and when I actually started talking to what seemed to be a genuine person her account was suspended???
Can’t get my money back and I have to pay until February next year.
It’s all about the money for MATCH

I recommend staying away from Ourtime unless you like getting catfished, conned out of money and overcharged. OurTime is dinosaur in the age of sites like J4Lsingles.com
which is much cheaper and there is a lot more authenticity and flexibility there. Another big problem with OurTime is that when your authorize one transaction they charge you for two or three. When you try to dispute these charges there is no live person to talk to. Their customer service seems to consist only of bots and they are not helpful at all. Everything is done and organized in the optimal way to fleece you of your hard-earned money.

DO NOT USE OURTIME.CO.UK OR MATCH.COM This site took all my details then took 3 lots of subscriptions from my account I immediately cancelled my details
Despite managing to contact them with an online form many times they have not reimbursed me the £70 and I did not use the service at all
They pass the blame to Match.com They are all in this together.

Ourtime and meet my age are run by the same company both are a rip off both contain a massive amount A.I generated profiles Both are designed to get you to pay a large amount of money to interact with people of your own age all of which are fake and so are the ones half your age
they flood your messages with people half your age to get you to sign up and make you think you are . Of interest to people and ladies near you its all fake DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION after just 7 day's THEY WILL DEBIT YOUR PAYMENT METHODS FOR A OTHER UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT ITS A CON NO MORE NO LESS

Good and easy to navigate would recommend as good options for all relevant age groups

I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4 star following a conversation with a supervisor.

A supervisor contacted me one day after submitting a review on here. (LOL)
All of my questions have been answered, it took a long time to get here, but I am happy this is a genuine site and probably does provide value for money. Having tried two other sites, this one is superior.
I believe it experiences normal hazards of online interaction and does try to cope.

There are no relevant information pages.
The customer service involves generic claptrap from Simon, who cannot answer your question.
The website will randomly 'LIKE' huge quantities of people on your behalf without your knowledge.
There is a large number of fake profiles and AI profiles.

No customer service. All these reviews and not a response so arrogant. I deleted my account, why is it I am still receiving acknowledgment of my profile? If you are professional in running your business then you would be concerned with the views of your clientele. If you are just using this as a cash cow then people’s opinions don’t matter.

Honestly, the website part is adequate the customer service is non-existent. I chose to cancel within the cooling off period and asked a series of questions via a web contact page which went unanswered. The subscription was cancelled and I received no email confirmation that this was the case. Subsequent queries were ignored. If you feel this is great service then this site is for you, if you actually want someone to be there when there's a problem then there's a lot more sites to choose from.
