Don't use it, it's full of fake profiles expensive for nothing and should be reported under the trade description act

Irritatingly sticky website: it refuses input data and moves on regardless. As a last resort I had to resort to changing the site's code. Avoid.

Would give a 0 rating if I could.
The system platform doesn't work.
You cannot verify your profile as the system reverts back to the starting point as soon as you try to initiate the verification. Helpdesk doesnt respond to the question asked but rather send random emails. If you try do cancel your membership you have to pay but cannot utilize the time left. And oh, ever so often I get presented with female matches, not what I asked for. As well with matches from a another country or other end of England despite a catching area added. Don't waste your time and money on ourtime!!!

A scammers paradise. They do not have a clear way to remove a profile, only to pay for an account. I have had to block their emails and report the company as fraudulent. Total rubbish.

Appalling. Two people communicating with me I was interested in had matches removed. Had likes added I didn’t like. No way really of communicating or asking for help except set questions. Absolutely awful and a waste of money. Took me just a couple of days to get highly frustrated. You were bombarded before you even set up your profile.
You also when you cancel have to agree for payments when you’ve received a pathetic service. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Once you go onto their website you can’t unsubscribe.

Another dating site with fake profiles, fabricated profiles to show how busy they are, annoying platforms, pushy and stupid sale tactics! A complete rip off!

I was talking to a lady and we were getting on well, we were going to chat in the afternoon but, when I went to sign in I pressed the button a a message came up, saying that ourtime had banned for no reason. I did what the site told me to do but, I was going round in circles waste of time, they didn't ban me before I paid my money.

Was Completely taken in by a Fake Profile until he got sloppy and gave the game away. Thankfully through good search engines his status was exposed. His story was believable but watch out for lengthy prose and flattery. If it’s too good to be true it usually is not true!!

A total con, a lie, completely. Why? Packed, full of false profiles, the vast majority are not true, not genuine profiles. A complete shame and only designed to deceive and take peoples cash, nothing more. This is a genuine review. Avoid, avoid , avoid.

The scammers are breeding on OurTime. There are so many on there, you would not believe it! I have a computer systems background so can spot them a mile off. Some other members are not so lucky and get duped! OurTime Admin are not doing their jobs and not controlling these criminals. Its easy to spot the scammers as they have hollow profiles with hardly any info about themselves. If OurTime do not get their act together soon (as of June 2026), I would honestly go elsewhere for your dating experience. Once my membership is up, I am out of there!

Well plenty looking at my profile. So I am told?? A few likes even .... I send a message and a like back.... never to hear a thing back!!!??? It's just a big con in my opinion !!!

Sadly there is nothing good about this "service" to report. Lots of stupidly fake accounts like young 20 something bimbo's claiming to be 59.
Then there's the scam about getting "likes" from (probably fake) accounts that have no profile and if you send a message you find they've not paid and oh, why not throw good money after bad and pay for them to message you back.
This is not my first rodeo with OT and yes, I've had £ taken after I've cancelled the subscription in the past. I expect it'll be the same again.

Oh my god that has to be one of the worst dating sites in the world, how was I conned into joining, they must prey on the lonely and desperate I feel ashamed to have joined it. I cancelled it as soon as I realised that I wasn’t going to get any thing out of it. Avoid!!!

I've paid a subscription until 9th June, but the site is such a waste of time and dasher of hopes that I've uninstalled the app. They don't even allow you to delete your account via the app, insisting that you use a desktop device to access your account in order to delete it. You'll regret getting involved with this site, so best not to.

You are enticed into premium membership. Bunch of fake accounts are used for this purpose. When I joined J4Meet.com
I could see right off the bat that the women on there were willing to meet without wasting my time, asking for money, etc. My experience with Ourtime was the complete opposite. It was horrible. The only three women who turned out to be real asked me to lend them some money as soon as we switched to WhatsApp. And I had to wade through plenty of scammers until I came across those three actual people who ultimately turned out to be not genuine in their intentions.

Very bad, horrible website. There is so difficult to cancel my profile. All they doing is popping up who am I looking for. Ridiculous. I want to delete my profile. I am not interested in searching on this site!!!

Appalling lack of customer service CARE!! If you cannot find answers in "frequently asked questions"on line, then you may find you are stuck like me. Ive been using the site for a couple of weeks. Then, out of the blue my account was blocked... no explanation provided. I am now into my third day without access and still trying to get answers why this has happened. I have followed all the written guidelines on the portal ..using the correct online form etc ... I have yet to hear directly from Ourtimes customer service having received two auto responses. When I followed up on my appeal today I received another auto message saying this may affect how I am placed in the queue. I read this.....In other words ... just put up and shut up..There is no one to speak to...no number call .. .. just disgracefull....quote please note "multiple appeal submissions wont be considered and may alter your position in the queue" I have in no way violated Ourtimes terms by engaging in inappropriate behaviour. If Ourtime are as serious, as they say they are, in maintaining the integrity of the members so to have the best possible experience on the site, then they will rethink the process in this instance. I would agree with that EVERYONE should be able to expect the best possible experience for a service....and especially one you are paying for .. but surely if Ourtime have rules about what people can and cannot do and they get it wrong and block an account in error (There are plenty of reviews on this site of people saying they have been blocked wrongly) then they should streamline the appeal process and not leave people hanging. If Ourtime are sincere about wanting users to have the best possible experience then they would surley consider the users feeling who has been blocked unfairly...and are they considering the people i am in communication with and thinking of the man who I was talking to on the portal where the relationship looked promising. How is he going to feel when he finds I'm no longer on the site...he will see it as a bad experience and put it down to another scam. I have no way of contacting him to explain and tell him otherwise. SHAMEFUl OURTIME...Mytime...is running out and you can do better!!!....its not hard...stop thinking about collecting subscriptions and concentrate a bit more on the word CARE i.e Customer Service CARE !!
