I Danmark spilles der cirka 2.500.000 golfrunder hvert år. Med tanke på hvor mange bolde hver spiller slår væk i løbet af en runde, så bliver omfattelsen af bolde som samles i søerne meget stor. Det tager mellem 100-1.000 år for en golfbold at blive nedbrudt i naturen, hvor kemikalier skader miljøet under hele nedbrydelsesprocessen. Out of Bounds dykkere er meget erfarne og effektive, når de arbejder i golfbanernes forskellige vandhazarder. Nike golf balls
Not very happy with the Nike golf balls, I was expecting a better selection and quality. I am aware Nike stopped production, these must have been in stock for a good while!

I have placed an order for 50 balls...
I have placed an order for 50 pcs. of golf balls.
I have not received any tracking info and i then contacted you for tracking. Once I received the tracking information I could see that PostNord has lost the shipment. I wrote to you again to make you aware. This was fair and not your mistake. You then sent me a new shipment to cover the one that was lost. I received this shipment few days later, but in this shipment was there only 16 balls and not 50 pcs. as I have ordered and paid for.
I then contacted you again to make you aware. You informed that a new box will be sent again for new 50 balls. This morning, I have received new info from Postnord that the box is damaged and will be returned to Out of Bounds and to contact you for more information. I have called in 5 times today without anyone answered the phone and my patience is very low at the moment and not the best first impression from this website and trust if I should place any future orders.

I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your order. This is absolutely not the standard we aim to deliver, and I fully understand your frustration.
First and foremost, I apologize for the initial error where PostNord lost your shipment. I'm glad we were able to quickly send a replacement, but I see that this has also led to further problems.
Receiving only 16 golf balls instead of the 50 you ordered and paid for is completely unacceptable, and the same goes for the recent damaged shipment, which is on its way back to us. I understand that this has been a very frustrating experience for you, and I want to ensure we resolve this as quickly as possible.
To rectify this, I will personally ensure that a new shipment with the correct 50 golf balls is packed and sent to you immediately. We will also follow up with PostNord to ensure this shipment arrives without further issues.
I would also like to offer you compensation for the inconvenience you have experienced. We will contact you directly to discuss what the best solution would be for you.
If you reach us at info@out-of-bounds.dk, I personally promise to get back to you so we can resolve this for you.
Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, and I hope we can find a solution that satisfies you.
