Had niet verwacht dat ik mijn pakket zelf moest halen.
Ik had verwacht dat mijn golfballen bij mij thuis zou afgeleverd worden maar ik kreeg een bericht dat ik die in Kampen (20 minuten rijden) op moest halen. Op de website van het afleveradres stond dat de winkel ‘s maandags vanaf 13.00 open zou zijn. Op de maandag kom ik daar om 14.00 en tref ik een dichte deur met bord: ‘s maandags gesloten.
Het systeem met code om het kluisje open te maken werkt prima.

I wasn’t aware that I had chosen the option to have my package sent to a Budbee location so maybe you should make this clearer during the ordering procedure? I have been ordering items online for many years so I think I would have noticed this. Is it possible that the Budbee service is your default delivery method and that I should have specified explicitly that I wanted a home delivery?

Maybe it should be a bit clearer during the ordering procedure. Thank you for that input! And ss you mention, if you want home delivery you need to specify that in the order process. Otherwise Budbee will send it to nearest box.

Unfortunately some packages are handled poorly by the shipping company, or an accident happens during shipping that causes the package to deform. We will of course help you if any content is missing, but in this case it seems like you receieved everything you ordered. If not, please send us an email at info@out-of-bounds.se.
The package was delivered in 4 days and I would assume that the delay is somehow related to the package looking like it did.
This happens very rarely and I am sure everything will go smoother next time you order! :)

Fast delivery and helpful customer service. Only gripe is that one of the products I ordered (chipping net) was used as the shipping container, so my son, for whom it was a gift, saw immediately what it was when we picked it up.
