Ordered Klass A x-out &practice
You sent me a number of used ProV1 balls with x-out or practice on them that had been used by people to play with. I know because the marks from pens were still there. I wanted x-outs and practice not Florida balls. If you did not have in stock you should have written instead of sending wrong product, dishonesty is not good policy.
