The company failed to fulfill the order and had to give our money back

I have not yet received my garden furniture ordered and paid for in J uly. When will you either deliver or return my money?

Table and chairs were delivered 2 weeks apart and took 3 attempts to get customer service.

Cabinet drawers don't slide properly because the rails are cheap, instructions are poor, delivery refused to bring up stairs.

Zero stars - the order never arrived! And I think they have been closed down. Of course they took two Klarna payments though!

Absolutely awful experience do not buy from this company!

You went bankrupt and didn’t send my outside corner sofa and table as paid for. Luckily I got my money back from the company I bought the sofa from but clearly I don’t think out and out are any good!

Are you having a laugh. Continual postponement of delivery until finally we discover that you have ceased trading without a refund. So in answer to your question "How did we do" .... **$$/@$$%**

I never received my order at all. I received an email 'thank you for your recent order' on 15th October. I ordered in July and heard nothing from them.

No refund or any correspondence then notified the company has ceased trading!! Do not buy from them

Only found out through this site that they've gone bust. Shocking. Live and learn.

This company is no longer trading. I had to get a refund from PayPal.

Ordered a garden furniture set a day before they went bust, managed to get a
chargeback refund via NatWest luckily, however I’ve also received an email today from Castle Hill Insolvency saying that they ‘have disengaged from assisting with the voluntary liquidation process’ - thought this would be useful info to share in case anyone else wasn’t aware of this yet. Out and Out are a shocking company, with terribly immoral owners taking money from people with no intent to supply….

Disgusting, they took my money even though a few days later they went under, appalling customer service, however the owner currently is an active director of other companies in the same industry, and now castle hill have not taken over the insolvency!!! I smell a rat!

Unfortunately I have lost nearly £1k with this company going bust. I did purchase through Klarna - still waiting on a resolution though. Has anyone else managed to get their money back through this finance company?

Fraudulent! Absolute scammers! My credit card company should be able to refund me.

They had no intention of supplying garden furniture

Do not waist your money and use this company promise delivery and then no stock email answered via repeated automated answer then phone refer you to email reported to PayPal after they wouldn't answer them I was refunded by PayPal thank God I paid through them don't know when I would receive a refund from these buyers stay clear of this company

Sadly took my order despite knowing they were going bust. They even did a flash 30% off sale just a day or so before to get more orders in, in my opinion. Happily I paid through Paypal and was refunded in full for items not received under their buyer protection programme. It was a simple and pain free process and resolved very quickly - 2 weeks start to finish. Disappointing end to my dealings with this Company.

Company now insolvent. if you can - contact your bank/ credit card company. you only have 120 days from date of order to claim chargeback on a debit card. i managed to do this a couple of weeks ago after ordering furniture back in may. should have done more research!

This order was placed and paid for three months ago and we have still not received it. I have emailed twice asking for immediate delivery or a refund but have not received a reply.

I ordered my Marbella garden set on 10th May, when I chased up In July, I was told my furniture was in their warehouse, and would be delivered by 17th August, still nothing by 30th August, when I got the reply saying they were no longer trading, and gave an e-mail to contact Castle Hill Insolvency, which promptly bounced back, so I would give zero stars to both companies, doubt I will see my money again!!
