fantastic- I am a double amputee and use a wheelchair

I am a wheelchair user and I used theBuddy Pouch Mini to clip on to my seatbelt and the Hydration Pouch With 7oz Bottlele clips onto a bar on my wheelchair, fabtastic, very useful. there is not much around for wheelchair users, and it looks very smart. Iromic for me that the pouch has been designed for runners! (Buddy pouch there is a a big market you have missed

Let down

Put an order in and was given an expected delivery date. 1 day before the delivery date I was unexpectedly refunded and the order was cancelled. I was given no reason why. I emailed the company and was told there would be a reason with the refund email. There wasn’t any reason. I won’t shop there again as I needed that product quite urgently and they let me down at the last minute.

Hi Nicki, thanks for review. your refund email will have shown the reason which in your case was an incorrect stock count in the 3rd party warehouse we use and has since been rectified. We bought the stock from liquidators and had some issues when it arrived with quantity discrepancies which have all been ironed out. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Brilliant price, amazing product and DHL we really helpful and friendly taking the heavy box in the house to a disabled relative whilst we were on holiday.
