I would avoid buying anything from this company, Customer care is terrible. Had several emails ignored and I am now left with a product that's faulty. Please go else where.

Good service product as described had problem with one order being damaged but it was quickly replaced would buy products again from this seller

Wasn't sure about these guys after reading about the liquidation and the bad reviews. Prices were so good I decided to 'risk' £50 ordering 10 gas cannisters and a bargain umbrella and it arrived very quickly and perfect! I suspect we're in a period of bargain liquidation stock so go for it guys, I am!

This was my first order placed with Outdoor camping direct and certainly won't be my last. I paid £3.99 per C300 canister of Coleman Xtreme -27 gas - a complete bargain!
My delivery - via Yodel, arrived within two days...and that was with standard delivery.

Needed a spa starter kit and in stepped outdoor camping. By far the best price on the market and delivered rapidly with no fuss and great communications. Will certainly use the company again.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered items last week as it said it would be delivered by yesterday, I go on holiday tomorrow and my items won't be arriving in time and I likely won't be here when they try to deliver. No correspondence after the order. Come to check after seeing 4 stars again to find that a new company is just wearing the skin of outdoorcampingdirect.co.uk and doing a very poor job of it. Will not by buying from them again and would encourage noone to buy from them either.

NO REPLY FOR EMAILS MY ORDERS ARE PENDING SINCE DAYS.. NO PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED ON WEBSITE ?? IF ANUBODY HAVE THEIR PHONE NUMBER KINDLY PASTE ON COMMENT .. I NEEDD TO CANCEL MY ORDERS AND WANT MY REFUND

I see this company has spent time responding to reviews, use the time to get orders delivered, taking.over a company is not an excuse, you should stop taking orders or at least be honest and tell people before placing an order that it will be delayed, if it arrives at all. I am still waiting for my order to arrive, a delivery date is just that, you state up to 7, and most within 3 to 5.
Send out precise and honest delivery dates, reply to customer emails and answer your phone. Or you're going to end up the same way the last company have, in liquidation. Not a good enough excuse, simply alter you delivery statement on your website this would have saved you all these bad reviews.

11 days to deliver a small package that I paid £4 for delivery. Appalling!!!

Ordered an item on Next day delivery, it did not arrive.
I sent an email asking for the tracking. They did not respond.
I called several times, they did not answer.
I emailed again asking for a refund. They did not respond.
over 2 weeks later the item arrived, its no longer required as I got one somewhere else.
Still no response from email or the telephone.
Avoid at all cost this does not seem like a legitimate business.

Placed an order 17th July and received confirmation of order. STILL NO SIGN of the goods I purchased and have sent multiple emails and phone calls asking for a delivery update to which I have received NO response. Due to go camping and now have none of the essentials I purchased. Not happy and very shocked that given the reviews I have read that this company is still permitted to sell stock and take payment?!?!?!?

I want my money back!

Honestly shocking company.
Bought items with next day delivery and 2 weeks later still no sign of them. I've emailed them daily and not heard from anyone!

Like Kate and others I’ve had the same experience
1= had money taken no goods
2=emails not answered
3=phone calls a waste of time as there answering service is obviously on a loop even trying at 09.00 when they open saying due to being busy blar blar probably complaints
4= no order confirmation
How they get a high score on this website astounds me!!!!!! Probably friends of the management!
I will be getting trading standards involved in this to many complaints about the same problem, best of luck getting anything back from these criminals 🤬

Terrible company!!!!
I have emailed customer services 3 times now and still haven’t had a response, I also phoned customer service lots of times and they don’t pick up the phone.
Took my money and not received the goods or a confirmation email with order number.

I’ve only give 1 star as 0 isn’t an option! Avoid this company like the plague… I was told my transaction failed but low and behold they have taken my money but not sent a confirmation email. This was over a week ago. I have made about 20 phone calls and sent 4 emails but no response at all. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I’m wondering if it’s a scam website… needless to say I haven’t received the ordered items and I am at a loss of what to do next….

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Made an order on 6th June for over £300 worth of goods, they have taken the money from my account but my order was never delivered, I have sent 5 emails with no reply.....AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
Update- company has gone into liquidation, so avoid buying anything from this website.
