Don't shop here. I had to chase where my order was when I recieved no update. I was then told that the parcel had been damaged and refused by the courier. I was told I would recieve a full refund. I've not recieved anything and am now not getting any response from them. Absolutely criminal behaviour.

First time using Outdoorcampingdirect, and will definitely use again. Faultless service and the hammock is incredibly robust for a great price. Looks lovely, too.

Received a faulty item last month and have been trying to get in touch with them since. No answer to emails or telephone. Seems to be a common theme reading recent reviews.

Sent me a faulty item so got in touch with them, they answered my emails straight away offering me a refund as there was no more of that product in stock. As soon as I send it back, they stopped emailing me back and I have received no refund, this was 4 weeks ago. Will never order again from here

I ordered a stool 16 days ago. It’s not turned up and 3 emails to their customer support have not been answered. The last email requesting a refund. Also tried calling twice and no answer.

Great dumbells and the cheapest I could find online. Didn't expect to buy gyn equipment from a camping shop but there you are. Can highly reccomend.

First time customer, ordered and paid for a bicycle for my youngest sons birthday, two weeks later birthday missed and no bicycle. I understand that logistic problems do occur, but a 7 day delivery promise is given. Not received any updates, if fact only received promotional emails asking me to purchase other items before honouring this transaction.
