Delayed my order didn't inform me luckily I chased ss needed for a certain date to be told they couldn't fulfill my order for at least another 2 weeks. Left me no option to cancel and source elsewhere. Dont order unless you can wait a month for delivery

Great response to an unfortunate delay
Such a shame our items were not available within the delivery time. We had to request a refund due to this and ordered our items elsewhere which did arrive for the date we needed. But that said the response and refund was prompt and efficient. All I would add is if there is a delay to orders to ensure that the customer is contacted first and updated.

Good service but delivery company was careless…
There were no problems with the ordering and despatch of my purchase. However the carrier Yodel caused a fair bit of damage to the outer carton and to the box containing the coolbox I ordered. Fortunately the colbox was not affected.

Excellent service and product
Very pleased with the product after initial problem with poles not sent with tent.
The lady on customer service was extremely helpful and arranged a replacement tent to be sent out straight away and the other one picked up the same day.
I can't fault customer service in any way whatsoever and would buy again with complete confidence

Good website, clear and accurate description of goods which were delivered on time. Product (Milestone folding camping bed) looks good and was easy to put up and take down. Looks and feels a quality item, but has yet to be used in earnest.
