This being my first multi-day backpacking experience, I had a few questions for Outdoors Geek concerning a rental package. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. Order entry online was easy, and the equipment arrived a few days earlier than promised. When my trip was delayed 2 days due to weather, Outdoors Geek courteously accommodated the new schedule. All the equipment in the package was good stuff in great shape. I can’t imagine a better rental experience. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them highly.

Very easy and convenient way to use gear that you might want to fully invest in. I live in Wisconsin and I drew a permit to hike the Wonderland Trail around Mt Rainier for 10 days. I didn't have some of the needed gear as I don't do much over night hiking in the Midwest so this option was awesome. Everything was shipped on time and the gear was in great condition.

Outdoors Geek was so easy to rent gear from. Great selection, pricing was terrific. We were flying into Denver and it was easy to pick up the gear and return it. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and the gear was in great condition as well.

Rented a whole lot of stuff for a backcountry backpacking trip with some inexperienced buddies. All the gear we rented had no problems whatsoever and held up to the challenge just as advertised. Great people, great business, great service... thanks outdoorsgeek!

Good experience overall, but items were not put together and prepared before arrival. I fear that if we hadn't been there to pick up before closing that we would not have gotten all of our items in our package.

Fairly good service and easy pickup-dropoff.

The air wouldn't hold for one of the sleeping pad. Not sure we messed up or it was bad. Checked on phone but no followup.

I used Outdoors Geek to rent a Spot GPS Beacon. Over a four-day winter hut trip it was invaluable and gave both me and my family peace of mind. The customer service was great, and both the pick-up and drop-off were exceedingly easy.

Everyone is very helpful and super friendly, Alissa caught that I had paid twice with credit card online and refunded it before I caught it Gear was great and had a terrific time in RMNP thanks guys!

Everything about the spot gps rental was awesome.. staff helped me pick the amount of days I needed , process could not have been easier.
