Their customer service is excellent! My rental tent was affordable and arrived a week before my trip. Nothing but positive experiences with them :) Will use again.

Have used them several times and so have my friends. Excellent gear that is clean and in good condition. They usually send it well before the date requested, which reduces anxiety. On my last rental there was a mixup and I was pleasantly surprised that they responded to my email within minutes and offered a more than generous solution. Obviously a company that cares about quality service.

Love that they offer rent on their tents! Don't need to worry about storage anymore 😊

I rented a 14x17 tent. The tent was ready in advance, clean and easy to set up. Easy and efficient to pick up and drop off.

Good customer service communication. Flexibile with changes in my reservation. I filled out my rental form quickly (spot 3), but they lost my rental form so I had to fill it out again. Product that I rented worked great. Shipping was easy.

I've rented ultra-light backpacking equipment several times now and have always had a great experience. The equipment was top notch, clean and showed up on my doorstep with plenty of time in advance of my departure into the wilderness. Very fun!

Their prices are good and they ship well in advance of my departure date so I don't need to stress that my gear will not be here in time.

Good quality gear - I have been pleased both times.

I reserved my camping material with them for my visit to Yellowstone and Teton in 2017. The equipment was clean and good quality. The rental process easy, even from Europe.

My friends and I planned a backpacking trip to Snowmass. We're from Colorado Springs. So we had to plan when we would be able to drive to Denver and pickup our bear canisters. Outdoors Geek was great! Let us pick up a day early without charging extra. I'll definitely use this company in the future for my camping needs!

Rented all our camping gear for a Utah Big 5 trip. Everything was in great condition and made that part of the trip so much easier being able to pick up and drop off at the store in Denver, instead of having to fly with it. Will definitely use again for long camping trips across the country!!!

The service is super easy to use and the selection is excellent. The bag that I rented was in excellent shape. Honestly, it's a little expensive, but this equipment isn't cheap, so that's understandable.

All the gear we rented was excellent, the girls in the store we're so helpful and dropping the equipment back off before the store was open was so convenient so we could get our flight in time. Never being to Colorado before and having such a positive experience I would use their equipment and advice again and again in future trips. Thank you so much!

Great selection. Great experience. The owner struck up a conversation that lasted the whole time I was waiting (I showed up an hour early for a rental pick up).

Overall we were completely satisfied with Outdoors Geek. There was a small rip in the side of our tent rain cover but everything was clean and packed nicely in the box. It was so convenient for us coming from the east coast and camping in the South West to use this company. They alerted us when our equipment was shipped to our hotel and then again once they received the box back that we returned. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is Traveling and camping along the way.

Renting the Spot was effortless and a breeze. When I phoned customer service, representatives were knowledgeable and helpful.
