Can you fit a Caterham in a Dometic Santorini?…
I ordered a Dometic Santorini FTC 4x8 tent for a trip over to Le Mans last weekend. The intent was to have something with a big enough awning to park my Caterham underneath to keep out of the elements. The Santorini delivered in spades, an absolutely fantastic tent. I put it up on my own (without reading the destructions) in about 5 minutes. It’s incredibly well made, great guide ropes and is really intuitive to put up. For any Caterham owners wondering whether this tent will 1. Fit in the car (it does with the passenger seat base removed) and 2. Fit the car under the awning (it does..) I would highly recommend this as reasonably luxurious, well priced option to enable camping in the car.
As for outdoor world, fantastic. I ordered the tent on a Friday, panicked I’d left it to late, and it arrived on the Tuesday. I also ordered a Vango inflatable double bed (yes, that also goes in the caterham, in the footwell) and upon packing my order someone noticed the bed was a slightly different colour to the one pictured on the website. So, they called to check prior to shipping whether that was an issue (it wasn’t). Great bit of due dilligence and customer service. Couldn’t recommend the company or the product any more highly.

We purchased a vango self inflating matress and it arrived in good time, unfortunately it had a faulty battery, the problem was delt with straight away, new battery the next day! Great service, much appreciated
