A friend and I saw the bait bundle and so we decided to go for it we waited a few days and then I had not heard anything and my order still said processing so I contacted outlaw and within the hour I and a call from member of staff and they explained 1 part was out of stock but will be their tomorrow or a could exchange for another item they then dispatched my items that day but I recieve no confirmation email until the next day from the delivery firm and it was delivered promptly and precise and just what I was expecting so theycoukd do with a few more updates on their delivery and order info and the staff contacting the customers if an issue arises but overall a really good experience and great service in the end

Took my young son to an Outlaw store as he wanted to upgrade his carp gear.
The staff couldn't be more helpful and after buying everything he needed the following day he went fishing and scored a personal best, so a great result!

Ordered selecting the 5 workimg day delivery. Had to ring and email to find out that after 8 working days, they parcel hadnt even been sent yet. Not apologetic at all. Very poor.

I ordered a bedchair on 25th March today is 30th March order still says processing. I understand it is Easter period however expected the order status to be updated. My first and last order from this company I'm going back to angling direct much more professional.

First order placed well in time for the 5 day delivery to arrive for Easter weekend. Chased up 7 days on to be told its not left yet. No contact about delays. Poor service

Would of been 5* going by previous experience with online and local store but for some reason it took 7 days for them to dispatch and they only sent next day delivery because I called them to ask why it hadn't been sent

Bought some heavily reduced Nash Colt rods from this company, they are quality rods and were a bargain one of many I have had from this company. Good communication speedy delivery and top quality at low low prices what more could you ask for.

Exceptional service!! I ordered a Power Bank from Outlaw Pro and it arrived well packed and very promptly. I just had one tiny problem with the order so I emailed the store. Within one hour I was contacted...by phone!!! Who does that anymore??? Anyway Jack from Outlaw Pro rectified the small issue immediately and all is well. I'm just so impressed with this level of customer care and service.

My go to shop, love the bait range. Great staff always friendly, welcoming and good to chat to. Bought some new rods from there a couple of years ago unlike angling direct there were no pressure sales just let me chose the rod and let me attach a reel so I could get a feel for it. When I went to buy my third rod for my setup they were out off stock the staff member got in touch with the manufacturer to see if they had any and was shipped to store within a couple of days.

I ordered a set of Fox bite alarms, one of which went faulty. I contacted Outlawpro who couldn't have been more helpful, in particular Reda. They had no hesitation in replacing the faulty item, even though they would need to wait quite a while to be reimbursed by the manufacturer. Communication was made to me by both message and many phone calls, which made the whole experience painless. Things like this will always happen, but it’s how they are rectified that makes all the difference.

Phoned up to check item in stock & ask to put by for me to collect instore. Assured all fine. Drive to store, no item, wasn't in stock. Total waste of time & petrol.

Best online tackle company I've ordered from .My only regret is that I never found it sooner .Quality products , cheap prices , well packaged and fast delivery

First time using Outlaw Pro & great experience. First off, had a few questions regarding a product & the online chat answeared all my questions & was quick to respond. Secondly, purchased a set of three Sportex Carp rods at a bargain price from £1200 to £599. Lastly, was well packaged and arrived next day.

To sum up, would have no hesitation recommending Outlaw Pro.

No issue at all with postage and delivery, the bait has a well rolled appearance and feels a soft texture. There appear to be plenty of ingredients to this boilie. Raspberry rush. Good first impression.

I've only left 4 stars as I've yet to use the bait. Hopefully I'll be back to nudge it to 5 stars. Thank you.

Stumbled across these guys on Facebook by chance. Looked very well priced and heard good things. Value for money second to none, great quality baits. Arrived the next morning, this just isn’t common. Cannot praise them enough will be buying lots of bait from this company
