I purchased a 65" Samsung TV from Outlet PC and am thrilled with the purchase. The one small issue I had was that I tried placing my order using a credit card from overseas. I tried this twice, and my order was cancelled each time without explanation. I contacted support who quickly replied, informing me that the credit card needed to be from an EU country. Once I understood this, I was able to place my order using a Spanish credit card, and everything ended up proceeding normally. The TV is in like-new condition and functioning wonderfully, now mounted on my wall. Thank you to Outlet PC for the excellent support and the great product!

Outlet pc is a good site and I actually use it regularly. I wouldn’t describe them as a honest company though, I live in Spain and use their Spanish outlet and whilst this might seem cynical, here in Spain often nothing is what it seems. I usually get my daughter to order from them. Two recent purchases have created problems, i probably order via them two or more times a month. The first one was a children snack box from LU, 30 snacks with a short shelf life of a month for 39 cents, this was the reason for the order though I added a couple more items. When it arrived the add ons were there but the ordered LU snack boxes were two individual chocolate biscuits casually tossed in and broken by the other items. My daughter contacted, they offered a 78 cents refund which she pointed out was not good enough as the reason for the order was the snack boxes. They refunded the postage plus the 78 cents. LU individual chocolate biscuits can be brought for around 20 cents even from the cost prohibiting kiosks. Yesterday we had another order arrive, but missing an exfoliating facial gel. They just replied, out of stock-will initiate a refund. Thats crooked, wait until you raise it or keep it. They don’t include invoices and I think its for that reason, they actually don’t want to refund. Check the delivery carefully is my advice

I am still waiting for my goods to arrive tried calling got no answer and no joy with emailing them, I have rang the phone number several times I get no answer so I don't know how your meant to get in touch with them .I have tried to email the address that it said to and all I get is that's no email is found and no one answers the phone
