The deliverybdid not arrive!!!!
The delivery did not arrive! it was supposed to arrive at my address, not at a UPS station, I don't even know which station, and the delivery costs were 50% of the price of the pans that I ordered. I hope this will be reimbursed too.

IT'S A SCAM! They sell used products or products that are sold as new while they are rejected. These are literally the products that "fell off the truck". Don't fall for it! And if you want to return the product, they do everything they can to make it as difficult as possible for you. They do not comply with European regulations regarding consumer law. For example, you do not get the shipping costs back, while it is legally stipulated that this should happen. They also do not refund the return costs, which is not mandatory, but is common. After all, it is not the consumer's fault that junk is sold! Be warned.
