A disappointment…

I have been very impressed with this outlet up to now. Delivery has been very quick and the articles always as described. Unfortunately I received a dress today that was described as cotton and turned out to be poliester, which had I known I would not have bought. A disappointing event that has put me off ordering in future.

"Express" delivery is 5 days too late

I payed 50€ extra for "express" delivery, in the end I have been waiting for 10 days (since 5 July) and still haven't received my barbecue that I need by friday at very last. I tried contacting support who took 2 days to answer by mail and this is literaly their response:
"Buenas,

se lo reclamamos a transporte.

Saludos."
I don't think saying sorry would have been too much to ask for here but ok. Since then I haven't had any response, I have sent another mail because if you don't contact them, they won't come to you at all. I hope that by placing this review things will speed up and I will be able to receive my barbecue before the end of the summer...

Never received order as the courier…

Never received order as the courier wouldn't deliver.

My order was delivered damaged

My order was delivered damaged. Not sure if because it wasn't packed as it should be or was it because of careless delivery service. Disappointed with customer service after this. Not helpful at all and got impression that they didn't care what happened with item

coffee machine ordered and paid by creditcard on 30.06. - cancelation of order on behalf of company for non transparent reasons on 02.07.25 - anouncement for reembursement of money - still waiting for it!

Buenas Peter,

según vemos en su pedido realizado, desde el departamento de seguridad retuvieron su pago y su envío ya que la dirección de envío era a Cádiz (España) sin embargo la tarjeta era procedente de Alemania. El día 01/07 le realizaron la petición de la documentación por motivos de seguridad y para descartar un posible fraude. Pasadas 48 horas no recibimos respuesta con respecto a la documentación requerida para procesar su pedido y se procesó su cancelación y reembolso por posible fraude.

También vemos que tiene abierto un ticket de incidencia con nuestro soporte en el que realiza la petición de información de su reembolso, la cancelación y reembolso se generó tal y como hemos indicado, el día 02 de julio y los reembolso se hacen efectivo según entidad bancaria en un plazo de 2-5 días hábiles.

Espero haberle aclarado la situación y el motivo de su cancelación y reembolso.
