Missing Items Rude Customer Service
My order came missing two items. I contacted them with pictures order number items that were missing etc. They asked me to send photos which I did and asked if the boxes had been tampered with (they hadn’t) asked me again 5 days later again to send photos of the boxes (I did) the reply I got back was that I was refusing to send them any information which I find ridiculous considering I had sent many photos and many emails. Wouldn’t mind but the items were cheap came to about €15. Said they can not come up with a solution because I refuse to help. Absolutely bonkers never heard anything like it. Clearly they just weren’t packaged they were a set of 3 but they also sell as a set of 1. Please don’t reply asking me to contact you again this could easily have been rectified but you chose to put blame and suspicion on the customer.

Sorry but your reply is ridiculous and nothing like your replies to my emails ! You pretend to be professional on here but the way you reply to customers is terrible. You were sent photos many times ! Nothing has happened with the courier so stop trying to blame them. You haven’t packed the extra bottles and I can see from the other reviews that this has happened many times before to other people. It’s a terrible way to treat your customers for such a small amount of money. Anyway enjoy the €15 and I will take my custom elsewhere! Pathetic

Poor packaging and inflexible solutions
I ordered a set of six porcelain tureens from Outlet PC. Three arrived broken. The packaging might have been fine for storage at a catering supplier, but it was completely inadequate for courier shipping, with almost no protective material inside the box.
I initially reported two broken tureens, and after checking more carefully the next day, I realised a third was also cracked, so I opened a second incident to update the report. Customer service was polite and quick to reply, but their only options were a small partial refund or returning the entire order.
I proposed a practical solution by asking them to send three replacements, but this was not possible. In the end I had to return everything, meaning I shipped back a box containing mostly broken porcelain and risked damaging the few that survived. It seems like a very wasteful way to do business, sending fragile items around Spain, having them arrive damaged, and then asking customers to send the remnants back.
Communication was courteous throughout, but the packaging quality and inflexible handling of the problem left me disappointed. I’m submitting this review before the return and refund have been completed, and I’ll update it if that process doesn’t go smoothly. I don’t need asking to reach out again. Customer service has already dealt with the issue, albeit with very limited flexibility.
Update October 31. Outlet PC has sent return instructions and there's a fascinating paragraph in there.
"Si el producto no es enviado con el embalaje que fue recibido y perfectamente protegido, Outlet PC no se hará cargo de las posibles roturas y daños, las cuales correrán a cargo del cliente. Si no tiene la caja original, por favor embale el producto en una caja con la suficiente protección para que no llegue dañado a nuestra central."
They require the original packaging AND that it's perfectly protected. Otherwise breakages and damages are my responsibility.
I'm considering giving them an extra star because their jokes are quite funny.
Update November 6. Outlet PC issued a return code and I took the parcel to the post office. I don't know how it arrived but what I sent was 50% broken porcelain. Refund was processed quickly, confirmed by email and also with a bank notification.

A padel racket was sold with infamous quality. After only 3 hours (no walls hit) the racket was severily damaged.
The seller says it is due to the use (3hours, realy?) and they do not admit refund.
I uuterly do not recommend this seller

Old: Sending was fast. But the product has a defect screen when I first tried it. Very unexpected and disappointing, given the guarantee of work-ability expressed on their website. I see that others have had good experiences, and some have also had poor ones so it is a 'mixed bag'. Have submitted a complaint, and will update this review based on how Outlet PC handles my case.

Product was not actually new. The blades and gaskets were replace but as far as I could judge the product had been used for a while. Still good deal so kept it.

Excellent service and arrived within the time frame.
Phone in great condition like said in the said, only for a detail. Screen came with a scratch, it's not much noticeable and not in a important location so I keep the phone. Nevertheless, the phone came with a sracth when I wasn't expecting one And I paid the value of a new one (difference between this and new it's that this one came quicker and I was really in the need of a phone and it's reduction of e-wast basically)
