"The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent."

Only problem is using Parcel Force who would not leave parcel in secure place, such as our porch or give to a neighbour instead rescheduled delivery which meant we didn’t have the things we wanted before we went on holiday.

Damaged parcel but great customer service
The parcel arrived damaged and had been re-taped by the shipping company that had not been very careful by the looks of it.
The product arrived with bent pins on the poles because of this but it was professionally and adequately resolved by Outletcamping.com
